Don't waste your company's time or money dealing with this terrible company. They do not provide good service and you are lucky to get service when requested. If your copier breaks, you are SOL for several days and they do not care!!!
This company is completely unresponsive, and you will be out of toner for weeks before you even get to talk to their representative. Of course, they have you prepay for their "service" as part of the lease for the printer that they stick you with, so if you want to switch companies, you will have to pay someone else all over again. Also, forget about purchasing toner yourself to get through until they get around to answering the phone or returning a message, because the printer takes a specialized cartridge that you apparently can't buy retail. Using this company will put your business at a serious disadvantage, and I can't stress enough that you should stay far away from them.
We have currently been waiting 6 days for toner for a business copier/printer/fax. After calling every day, I was told that I could drive to their office and pick it up myself. In my opinion, they are unprofessional, not helpful at all and rude.
It is a bad company. It never responds the customer calls, and keeps over-charge the fees. Their customer service only responses the call to purchase their service. We are very regret to take this company.
Cancelled service due to regular increases in rates without additional services. After cancellation They went onto our property without notice to take their wheeled trash can back AND took an additional one which was owned by another service provider.
When I received my first invoice, the price was more than double what they quoted me on the phone, mostly due to hidden fees and fuel surcharges. I canceled after just one pick-up, and the pro-rated amount I paid for that pick-up was more than I pay Ray's Trash for 3 months of service.
