I bought my husband a blue Multi-Poition Portal folding chair to take to soccer games last year for Father's day. He loved it so much, he bought me a red one, as well. Chair is great. Bag is awful. Both bags began to ravel and tear away around bottom reinforced perimeter.. The nylon ravels,leaving large holes and the chair begins to stick out the bottom of the bag. This started happening to both bags within 3 weeks of using them (use once weekly) Would love to recommend the chair to others, but I have to say the bag is awful, so buyers should NOT expect to have a functioning bag after a few weeks. So disappointed. I spent over an hour tonight dragging the sewing machine out to try to salvage and repair the bag....not a good fit now because of how much fabric lost when ravelled.
I read these reviews, called the company and got through to customer service in 2 seconds. I spoke with Tanya their new office manager who explained that the whole service department has just had an overhaul and all is good. I bought the Zero Gravity Lounge Chair and love it, it is the most comfortable chair I have ever had.

Customer service is extremely poor. I purchased the 13 x 9 screen house and it is missing parts. I have tried for two days to contact customer service and all I get is a voicema message saying leave a message however you can't leave a message because the box is full. Searched for email and unable to find that as wel. Someone needs to work the phones and the mail box should be cleared immediaty.
Frustrated. Does anyone work the phones? No one picks up. Voicemail boxes are full. All I want is to ask if I can buy a replacement part for my EZ up.
13x9 Screenhouse. Great for 1 year, then main rode broke in wind on beach. They aren't answering the phone at customer service and every voicemail it sends me to is full. We just want a replacement rod but seems unlikely now. Bummed out!
Purchased the Over Sized Folding Quad Digi-Camo Camp chair (rated for 300 lbs) for my Father in 2014. Was delivered in April 2014. The chair was fine for the first summer. This summer the plastic parts that hinge and support the seat broke. Tried to locate and purchase parts for chair, and I find out this company only orders EXACTLY the number of parts for that particular order. Tried to purchase the parts to repair the chair and was politely told they do not sell parts and to take chair back to store for exchange. Not having the receipt for something purchased last year, the store said sorry can't help. Gladly would sell me another chair but al that is needed is a $2.00 part to fix. The company couldn't tell me the name of the supplier so I might attempt to locate a part through them. The company produces a fine product but ABSOLUTELY offers any product support. So if it breaks and you can't fix it by yourself, then throw it away if you don't have the receipt or if it is out of the 90 day warranty.
we bought a table and chairs for outside in our back yard.After the first rain the chairs started to rust! I tried to go on there web site and it doesn't work.Now that I see these other complaint's I can see they probably wont help me.I will watch to not buy from them again.
