As an investor, we recently closed on an investment home in the Fishers area and chose Red Door Property Management to manage the home for us. Being out of state, we had never actually seen the home other than pictures. Mike and his team were able to recommend some minor repairs to make the home more marketable. They also coordinated and oversaw the repairs so we didn't have to do anything. After that, they found us a renter very quickly and now we have a good tenant paying rent already. Could not be happier with the Red Door Property Management team.

I have contacted this PM company 3 times attempting to view a property and/or get a response at all. I started this process over a month ago looking in the Zionsville area, and have yet to be contacted at all. I will be using another company!
We just moved here from Michigan due to a job transfer and had to find a home to rent very quickly. Luckily we stumbled upon this wonderful home and Red Door Property Management. We had to act very fast and Chris and Melissa made it happen. We were so impressed with the speed and professionalism of Red Door. We were able to do everything online from the application to the lease signing. It was awesome. Thank you Chris and Melissa for getting us into this great home so quickly.
My experience with Red Door has been very positive and have enjoyed working with you. It was needed breath of "fresh air" in how a property management should operate based on the experience of my previous PM company. I definitely will keep RDPM in mind for future needs.
It's not Countrywood Estates anymore. It's Hacienda MHC, and if you're on Social Security, fear for your safety, or if you follow the rules then I would not even type to move in this place. I lived here for 12years and when new management took over, that's when the drugs and trouble started. Now since I spoke my mind, my lease has not been renewed. Move in on your own peril
The unit I rented had multiple owners before one hired Ciege. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever done business with. I had multiple problems with a water heater and furnace just to list a few. Never resolved until the owner appeared from out of state. The owner changed management companies due to their lack of response and professionalism. Now that I have vacated the property, no one can seem to find record of my deposit and Ciege was the last management company to have record of it which is no surprise, as the lost my first months rent check for months. Now I'm out over $400. BEWARD and STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY.

I read a few of these reviews and am surprised. I've used HPS at my rentals and to flip 2 homes since 2013. I've even used HPS at my Mom's house. She thinks they are great. I like to believe I am an objective person. As an owner, I am quite satisfied with the value (quality and price). Yes, half of the ownership passed away in 2016. Yes, there have been times when the timeframe for getting out to evaluate the situation has been longer than I'd prefer. Even so, the end result has been what I needed to sustain profitability, with an eye on maintenance and future repair costs. I've used HPS multiple times in late 2016 and early 2017 as well. The quality and price are still where I need it to be. To be fair, there are good and bad apples at every enterprise. HPS is no exception. However, I know they are interested in feedback so they can address it. Just keep in mind as an owner, value is the primary goal. HPS will work with you to provide the value you need, and coach you when the subject is beyond your expertise.Most of my renters like HPS. One does not. However, she doesn't trust anyone.
I am a client with Red Door recently and wanted to thank Christopher for the amazing job he has done. He has a good knowledge of how the home rentals works and how it is rented from owners to tenants and what they need in a timely manner. He forecasts the problem even before they come and has answer for them precisely for what the customer needs. I see him on both the edge's of the sword from the tenants side and owner's side. Such a great employee!!!
