Upon entering it was a party of 5 was a problem. Even though there were lots of empty tables. This should have been taken as an omen. Our waiter was prompt but the kitchen staff must have been gone. Took forever for appetizers to arrive. Then the food came. Had to chase down the waiter just to pay the bill. They must be hurting or just no longer cares about their clientele

This use to be my favorite restaurant. Very poor service. Waiter was horrible. I had to cancel my sushi because it never showed up. I had to go get my wife’s drink after 30 min and asking him 3x I did it myself. NEVER WILL WE BE BACK! The manager did not seem to care. Just said “So sorry”.

Simply the Best food there is! Most often get a vegetable dinner - cabbage, green beans, mac and cheese, so delicious. My grandson loves going there on his birthday, and having the ox tails when his dad takes him there.
Went thru drive thru employee found laughter that the drive was closed even to continue laughing when I walked in to place order. Questioned cashier about the drive and was told the register was not working. I have seen plenty of businesses using one register for both dining in and drive thru. Poor attitudes. I happen to be handicapped but since that is the meal my wife chose I went inside.
