I absolutely LOVE this nail salon! I’ve been coming here to “Lovely Nails” for literally 15 years now & I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else! The Nail Techs are super friendly & great at speaking English! I love that as long I’ve been coming here pretty much the same staff are still here from the very beginning! Now I have my 2 teenage daughters coming here to get their nails done who love it just as much as I do! I highly recommend this Nail Salon to everyone 😊
Never again !!!!!I only had one hand done because I had hand surgery she charged me 15 and within a week my nails are coming up!!! She wants to charge me to fix them!!!! TOTAL RIP OFF

My family and i have been coming here for about 6 months and have always loved it despite the fact that they are slow The staff has always done a good job with nails and they have a good selection of nail color choices so to us it’s been worth it. We come every 2 weeks and typically spend about $195 sometimes more, including tip. We came in Wednesday night 11/08/17 and got pedicures and fill ins. Thursday morning 11/09/17 my nail broke, literally while i was sitting on the floor on my phone. i was to busy Thursday so i said i would go today (11/10/17). i get there this morning at 9:31, they open at 9:30am. The owner proceeds to tell me that it’s $6 to fix my nail and that it was my fault that my nail broke. i said “excuse me” shocked that she had the audacity to tell me a broken nail less than 24 hours later was my fault and she repeated it. She then says i have long nails so it’s my fault. I’ve had long nails for as long as I’ve been coming there and this is my first broken nail, so that makes zero sense and this set of nails are the shortest I’ve ever had since being there.. i said thank you for saying that and left. i sat in my car and felt like i needed to go back in and let her know that she lost business based off that and that’s what i did. i walked in and told her that it wasn’t about the $6 but the principle, for my family to be regulars every 2 weeks she could have easily ate that $6 because in 2 weeks we would have been right back she more money and in 2 more weeks and thus fourth. She kind of shook her head as if she didn’t care and that’s fine. Just as long as she remembers when we know longer show up that she lost business over $6. My family will never return here and i will post this review everywhere.

I will never patronize this business again. I was a loyal customer for years until my daughter was there a couple of months ago and told me one of the male nail techs had a very offensive conversation as if she was not even sitting there. He asked a white lady if she dated black men, she said no and he said good because ALL black men are thugs and wear their pants off their butts. As if that wasn't enough, I took my youngest daughter there today based on the convenience of the location to my house and as I walked in to pay, a caucasian lady warned me that I should not pay for any service after she listened to how they talked about their customers. She understood their language and was appalled by what she heard. I will NEVER spend another penny at this place and hope you read this post and understand how upsetting it is when you go anywhere, spend money and they think they've made it to the point where they don't have to provide good customer service this country. If they closed the doors today, I would say that they EARNED IT.
