Kenneth with the 5 star review of this business should have checked the address, there are two storage businessess with the same name, this one doesn't rent trucks.Longtime customer. Lost tools and equipment due to roof leaking on more than one occasion. Management refused to take responsibility for their poor maintenance. Resently had my trailer stolen from there, management refuses to review or give me video of it and also will not tell me who owns the business. When a business owner hides from their customers they should not be trusted.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! The manager is a bitter female who was offensive in every way. My keycode didn't work because the 2 was broken for months and after I complained, all my stuff went missing when I went to get it out before another billing cycle! I was told "read your contract, no insurance here" then she hung up on me. KARMA!
They are closed on Tuesday who would of ever thought that didn't give them our business found a better storage elsewhere who is open on Tuesdays
I had a great experience with this company. I had a storage locker and an outside parking space for my travel trailer. I was there for approx 14 months and never had any issues. I would recommend this location and I would use them again.
I had Here to There Movers move my household to their storage, Indy Self Storage. I had a great experience with the movers. They were efficient and polite and very thoughtful of my situation. I now have my things in Indy Self Storage and am very satisfied with the storage unit(s). Joshua is fare and friendly and understanding and very willing to work with you on your individual situation. I highly recommend them.
This storage facility is very clean. They have great customer service. I had to be out of my place in one day. They hooked me up with a truck and storage quickly. I'm very pleased with this storage! And a special thanks to Destiny at the Brookville Storage Facility who has made being a customer here very pleasurable.
I've had my stuff here sjnce end of May 2015 and beginning of June 2015. I am beyond upset! First incident the facility was broken into and one of my units was a target. I didn't even get a phone call! I had to call him to see why his lock was on my unit. Then just yesterday on Aug 7th, we went to our other storage to go through some things and about halfway through, half of our stuff was wet and molded, including furniture! I contacted the owner and didn't even come out there to place me into another unit for now. So we went through the facility and checked ones that didn't have locks and they had all leaked! It's no telling who else has this problem! He better be figuring it out!
Don't store anything here. The security fence is falling down and it is obvious people have been climbing over it. The management doesn't seem to care. My motor home was damaged three times while stored there. None of those times did I receive a call to let me know. I only found out days or weeks later when I went to get my vehicle out of storage. After the third incident I did not return my motor home.
I wish I had the same experience the last two reviewers did.....For one, the guys I got were DEFINITELY not sexy. I hired them to load my Penske truck for a one way trip, and I found their water bottles and trash left in the back of the truck upon looking in the back. They did pack the truck nice and tight and were professional, however. I was told by James, one of the movers, to buy "a couple hundred" feet of rope and a rachet strap to tie furniture and my motorcycle down. I brought back 100 feet of rope, and he said that was perfect. Where was the other 100 going to go?? Hmmmmm. Also, I noticed upon unloading the motorcycle that he had cut my ratchet strap that I paid $10 for. It's usable, but not as long as it's supposed to be. I also had a box of tools packed up that was open, and I see my screw driver laying by the closet door. I find out that James used my screw driver without asking me and didn't bother to put it back. I must have just gotten a bad crew, I guess. I saw three guys that were getting paid $10 an hour or less and not trained very well. When I went to pay the bill, Neal, the driver, tells me the time started at 7:45, and we didn't begin until 8:30. I only live two miles from their location, so their travel time was less than 10 minutes, and I'm being generous. Neal tells me that they got their at 8 and had to wait for me to get there. Uh, yeah! I was told they would be there at 8:30! Anyway, he tried to charge me for an extra half hour, but I stood my ground and finally won. I will say that they took very good care wrapping the furniture and trying to protect it. They had good things and bad things.
