They changed their name to quality preschool because koala-t preschool lost their license. Name changing has not made a difference, this place is still horrible. Same teachers, the only difference is the management, who use to be teachers and have know idea what they are doing. They use their personal social media accounts to post kids in their classes videos and pictures. I'm sure none of the parents know their child's face is being plastered all over the internet. They have many of the same violations as before they changed their name. You are better off quiting your job and staying home with your child than entrusting them to these people.

Earlier this year I LOVED it. The old owner lost her licencing and was bought out.. it has been AWFUL since then. The new management person is barely ever in and the two people under her "J" was the older owners right hand women she's decent but has no idea what is going on...the other is rude, always has been! Never smiles, and has a crap attitude, she will even talk about you and your child right in from of you! Giving other providers wrong information before they even meet you! There is no organization or consistency in this place. I'm in the process of looking for a new place for my child to go, and this new management has barely been in effect for a month! It's awful.
Koala T preschool used to be an amazing place to enroll a child. But now, I would not trust this place to care for a duck! (check out in.gov/fssa for all of their violations-- dead ducks were found in a supply closet)Koala T has been on probation since August of 2016. During this time they have received 130+ violations. Child abuse that was not reported was one of those violations. Not only are there multiple right ups, but the staff turn over rate is horrid. The previous director (owner) couldn't keep up the small requirement of being at work for a minimum of 30 hours a week. So, she had to hand it off to someone else. That person however, does do her job! The "assistant director" or supervisor (whatever she calls herself that day) never has a smile on her face when greeting anyone. This is a child care facility.... you're supposed to be warm and welcoming; not cold and miserable. Basically, all I am saying is that Koala T Preschool is not the same. You can find better. Your children will thank you.
I absolutely love this school! I have 4 children and they have all attended! I can't say enough wonderful things about their teachers and especially about their management staff! They are NAEYC Accredited and have a 4 Star Rating with Paths to Quality! There's not another place I would take my children--this is priceless! Go see for yourself!
The directors are not sincere. The owners are millionaires and the teachers are paid $8.50 with no benefits. Obviously the curriculum is awful and the turnover is very, very high.
This school is by far the biggest let down. The facility is filthy and the "teachers" that take care of the little ones barely have associates degrees. They always open late and I saw many kids crying w no one around to comfort them. I had my child there not even a whole day! Would not recommend this school to anyone who loves their kids!
I couldn't be happier with the decision I made with my daughters school. I looked at all of the other preschools in the area, and Koala T just seemed liked the cleanest, most professional than any of them. Now mind you, I'm the "helicopter" mom as they call them. My daughter started there just after her 4th Bday and had previously stayed with her Grandma. I was just like any mom new to this whole preschool thing. I think for the first week I checked on her at nap time everyday, which I loved that they allowed that :) They have really healthy breakfast, lunch, and snacks. And OMG! The activities and field trips they take are like no other! It's sooooo cool! I was able to attend the majority of them and was so pleased with how organized they were. All of my daughters teachers have been wonderful! They are totally on top of it and genuinely love the kids ❤️ And how the directors remember all of the kids names is beyond me! Goes to show how it's a family type environment. Today is are last day with Koala T as we are off to Kindergarten. It's completely bittersweet for us. We will miss everyone soo much! They have out together a portfolio of everything she's learned over the year... How cool is that! I HIGHLY recommend Koala T to anyone.
We love Orchard so much that we enrolled all 3 of our kids there. We have experienced another private school as well as a public elementary and middle school and found that Orchard more than meets the needs of our family. All three of my children are very different, they have different learning styles, different strengths and weaknesses, different levels of motivation, and very different personalities. Orchard works for all of them. I am constantly amazed at how well the teachers know my children. The first report card we got (my son had just started in 3rd grade) was 10 pages long! I know that Orchard will prepare my kids academically, but what I really love is all the other stuff. My kids now have an understanding of how they fit in the the world, not just their small community. They are learning to be confident, responsible, thoughtful, kind, creative, persistent, collaborative, well balanced individuals. I also love it for me. They have great parent education like classes on how to deal with your teenager, collaborative talks, thoughtful articles sent out, and so much more. I also love how the administration listens and it collaborative with the parent body. They are always moving the school forward while growing and changing with the students' needs as the primary goal.
In the beginning, it was hard for me to leave my child each morning, but over the last several months it has gotten easier and easier. My daughter loves getting up and getting ready for school each morning. The teachers do an awesome job at making me and my daughter feel welcome every time we walk in the door. The owner and assistant director are always happy and more than happy to help in any way possible. The "lunch lady" always makes sure she greets each family as they walk in the door, as well as all the other teachers. It may not seem like a big deal to be greeted, but it really does make a difference. It makes for a very welcoming environment. I also love the fact that they have an open-door policy, which allows me to come visit my daughter anytime I want, eat lunch with her or just hang out in the classroom to see what her day consist of. They also do a lot of fun, hands-on activities as well as field trips through out the year. I can't say enough great things about Koala-T Preschool and their staff.
I LOVE this preschool, My kids have been to many preschools in the past and I have to say this is the most caring, heart felt preschool the teachers are amazing, my children come home and talk about what they learned everyday. My best friend has a child in the green room and they only say GREAT things about how the green room is ran now, that it is very structured, different activities everyday, the teachers are great to the children, they actually care about the kids, yes my best friend was looking for a new preschool for her child when the child started in the green room, they said it was nasty food was on the walls, noses were not wiped, children coming home in dirty diapers, and the room was not organized nor structured, now she says the room is very vibrant, and the teachers are never lazy when she picks up her kid the teachers are on the floor playing with the kids, the kids are happy and not upset. I would recommend this preschool to anyone.
