Our Grooming Salons offer appointments for full-service grooming & bathing as well as Walk-in services for dog nail trim, nail grind, PAWdicure, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, trimming, dematting & more. Our Express services features uninterrupted primping that limits the amount of time your pet spends in the salon. Select locations offer grooming & bathing services for cats like nail trip, nail caps application, ear cleaning & sanitary trim.

Cashier Nightmare

Last summer I visited Petsmart to buy a bed for my two small dogs. I found two possible beds, one of which did not have a price tag attached to it. I took both beds to the cashier and ask her if she would price the bed without the price tag. She said "Where did you get the bed ". I said that I had found that one in the clearance section. She looked at me as if I was lying. I told her that I could show her where I found it; I took her to the section. That particular bed had a slight defect and that is why it was on clearance. She then guess at a price. She then said "So which bed do you want" in a rude manner. I told her that I wanted to purchase the other bed instead. The cashier then snatched the bed from my hand and threw it several feet. I was stunned, I just froze for a moment. I then made my purchase. I left the store in tears. I felt very disrespected. I then went back into the store to make a complaint but the employee just looked at me and did not say a word, so I told him to refund my money on the bed that I had just purchased. I found a employee that I had known for approx. five years , due to the fact that my husband and I would take our dogs to Petsmart to be vaccinated ( The Petsmart was located in the strip mall at W. 86th st at that time). She then went and got the bed that the cashier had tossed and gave me a fair discount. She told me that a Manager would get back with me, well that was a year ago. To this day I never heard back from PetSmart. Since that day I have not step into a Petsmart.
