I loved mann grills hweva on my last visit I was treatd disrespect & the waiter was very RUDE . My boyfriend & I decided to go at 5:30 am & sit dwn for breakfast. we were thee ONLY black ppl in there & I guess thet were out of menus. So the waitress took the time out to pass up about four others customers yo come ask us if we were dne w / the menus even tho she had just seen us sit dwn. Then the way she said the tone really threw me off. We was waitin forva waiter or waitress to come take our order after waitin for 20min I decided I didnt want to sit dwn & eat anymore so I took my order to go. I moved to the frony of the restaurant where my boyfriend & I was being mean mugged , I jus sat & waitd for my order. Whilr waitn the same rude & disrespectful waitress step right on my shoe I waited for a brief moment to give her time to say excuse me but did she NO . she proceeded to walk off I physically had to raise my voice to say to her EXCUSE you. Then she said excuse me.. Im pretty sure she felt my foot when she stepped on it! But thats fine I will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN EVER
A diamond in the rough! Was in town visiting a friend and we went there to eat. Was very pleased by the large portions and the reasonable cost. As earlier reviews have stated, this is a typical working man's breakfast and lunch place, but no matter where you are in the area its's worth the trip to Mann's! And I have it saved on my GPS as a favorite because I will be back!

i have ate at manns for a long time the food has changed its not the home cooked meal it use to be. i got sick after i ate there and had the runs. the cooks that use to be there were the best now they have guys in there that dont know what they are doing most of the time. i wait forever for my steak then it isnt even cooked right it was way over done. i sent it back and the guy said its done i have been cooking for twenty years, ya right. if they ever get that girl grill cook back it will be a great steak dinner she never over cooked my steak and it was always nice and juicy. well good luck.
You must order the Mann's Breakfast from here, if you can't eat a whole lot prepare to either take some home or give it to the next person because these portions are huge. And if you love bacon order a side of it, cause theres alot of bacon to be had. PS dont rate this if your going to act like some 1st class snob who can only have prime cut steak or gets drunk off shampagne, be a Mann and eat like a real american

I visited Manns Grill several times with coworkers and friends that lived in that area. I was shocked that such a filthy place was open to serve. I once, noticed one of the waitresses peel her pantleg from her sticky flipflop as she approached my table. The area I was last seated at was cold and unkept. The seats were sticky, the coffee was stale and the decor was what you would expect to see on the walls of a third world country house of ill repute.

My family and I loved this place at one time we used to go about 3 times a week.. now not so much. On my visit today the waitresses were arguing LOUDLY I may add and I seen one of them that was bagging bread for the take out dropped it on the floor and then picked it up and put it in the stack to be served to customers. I was upset to see that she wasn't wearing gloves to touch the bread then I was sick to see she picked it up off the DIRTY floor and put it in the pile to be served. I think the board of health should be looking into this place. It has gone WAY DOWN hill.. doubt I will be going back.

It's not a fancy place, but it's a great place to feed the whole family a nice warm dinner for a great price. If you want something fancy, head downtown, but if you want a good turkey manhatten or prime rib dinner at a modest price, this is a good choice.

I always take my friends there when we're all broke and want some good inexpensive food. We also love to people watch and get a good chuckle. Our waitress is always awesome with thoughtfulness, hospitality and fast service. And the portions are ENORMOUS! My friends and I love it there!

The food was ok, service was really good and prompt, however, I was appalled by the verbal abuse
by the owner towards her employees. She had one employee apparently in tears with name calling
and yelling even with the employees' young daughter with her. ITS AN OUTRAGE..................
I'll never eat there again.

Ive ate at this place a few times and it was ok. But last time i went there it was horrible. The food was nasty, there where gnats flying all over the place, most of the food they had on the menu wasnt available, the waitress had an attitude. There was 3 of us that went and we all got hamburgers which where burnt, the salad was just letuce with a tomato on top. We argued with the waitress on this, so she took the burgers back and we got gravy, she just assume we wanted the full order and didnt tell us about the half order we could of got, then the gravy was so thick it was like rubber. We didnt eat that either. Then we complained to the cashier but they still charged us, for the sides. $16 for 3 drinks a few fries, onion rings, 2 nasty salads and a cole slaw. The floors there looks like they never clean them and the tables are junky, silverware wasnt that clean.

To those of you that gave this place a great rating and caused me to eat there; Are you crazy? Don't get out much? Is this Okie Chic? Yeah, lot's of food at low prices, but it's hog slop. Low class place, low class patrons, grungy yet friendly wait staff (that's probably too fancy a word), waitresses, OK? If your tastes run to a better class of food than truck stops and gas stations, avoid this place at all costs!

I travel 62 miles one way for their great breakfasts and tenderloins. First introduced to them in 2003 by by indy-native husband. Only drwnback is the limited parking lot size. But that doesn't stop me from going there when I am in the area.--I'll wait for a parking spot!!!

My truck driver husband took me here. The portions are BIG. The food is like my family makes. If you want to watch the fat they make good salads. (big) Turkey is good. Lots of different menu items. I feel comfortable here. No needs to put on heirs. Just be yourself. It is a very friendly place. I would like to see some of the waitresses were alittle more clothes since I do have teenage boys and a husband. But I love it there. Waitress are great personalities. Peanut Fudge is to DIE FOR. Keep on doing great. I drive from Crawfordsville just to eat there. Your Great.
