Indy All Night

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. We ordered pizza and wings and we're told an hour wait. After an hour and 15 minutes we called. "Jim" told us we would need to wait since we just put our order in. We explained that we had ordered a long while ago. Then he told us that the order was out he door...THEN he said he was still waiting for the driver. After waiting ANOTHER HOUR the driver finally arrived and was rude from the beginning, set our food on the sidewalk, and acted like we were a major inconvenience to him. We told him that we wanted a discount for having to to wait so long so he called and the manager told him no. We called ourselves and asked for a discount. He very rudely told us no and that it wasn't his problem. It was now nearing 4am. He told us he would take the food back before giving us a discount. We finally just paid ($32 for a pizza and 12 inedible chicken wings, and the 2 liter of soda that we never got) because we were so tired and hungry.

Extremely poor customer service. The manager, Joel, is unreasonable and unprofessional. They REALLY served me 2 hour old food that was sitting in a "hot bag", refused to prepare it fresh, & refused to refund my money. Horrible customer service experience.

I called to place an order and I was told it would be there in thirty minutes. When I called after thirty minutes I was told to chill out it will be there in a few minutes and just to wait. Mind you what I ordered, does not take thirty minutes to cook and I live within walking distance of the restaurant. I hung up and called back and I told them to cancel my order and to refund me my money. I was told that they already charged my card and that since the food was cooked that they would not refund my money. I told them that I would refuse to sign or accept the food and I was told they weren't going to give me my money back. I was asked by the guy if I wanted to speak to a manager and I told him that okay and the manager refused to get on the phone.

I just found out about this place when a menu was placed under my apartment door. Where have you been all my life? This place is great! I thought the only options I had for delivery food was pizza or Chinese. Indy All Night has at least 20 different options. I've ordered twice this week and plan on probably ordering this weekend. Most of the entrees are only $7.99 (beats the heck out of ordering pizza for $20). I live by myself, don't cook, and I'm lazy (I don't want to drive anywhere). This place is perfect for me.
