This is a great spot. Everyone that works there is able to help. I have been in there for plumbing, hardware, paint, lumber, and electrical. All the knowledge and selection I need. And I'm usually not asking crazy easy beginner DIY questions. Much better than big box or typical part time high school kid help.
What a great resource to have downtown. Good people, reasonable prices. They have a great selection of what we need to live and survive downtown. I love to go in there and just look around. They always have something new. I love to get my paint there, they don't make me feel stupid like the paint stores do. Plus it is Benjamin Moore paint. Best of all worlds. Thanks to Fusek's for locating in our neighborhood. We are very happy to have you!
Just wanted to challenge anyone whose looking for a tree service to see this guy in action. He is the real deal. Thanks Paul...
I always try to buy from local businesses when I can BUT everytime I come to Fusek's I encounter employees that are both rude and/or unknowledgeable. The first time I went there I wanted to get a screen repaired and the guy was very rude and essentially told me to go somewhere else. The second time I went in asking for Kilz to cover graffiti on my garage and they said "No use paint remover." I said "won't it remove all the paint off my garage?" They said "No since it's a factory job it won't come off." Of course it's paint remover and it totally stripped every layer of paint off. I had to buy Kilz anyway then re-paint the whole door. The third time I bought $1500 worth of custom blinds. They came to my house, measured, the blinds come in, then DID NOT fit in the part of the window I wanted it. SO I have $1500 wonky blinds. They have this rewards program so I was sent $50 in gift certificates. I go in there to use them pick up $50 worth of stuff then they say we can only use 1 $10 certificate per transaction (by the way the certificates expire mid-July). Then they act like I'm trying to steal from them or take advantage of the system for wanting to redeem my certificates all at once! So maybe I was stupid for continuing to go in there. I recommend no one else repeat my idiocy. Just go to Lowes or Home Depot.
I wish we could rate some of our customers. All we can do is read this sort of review, take it in and improve on anything that might apply. We appreciate all input.
