somebody not doing their job

I am writing this on friday feb 24 20012 8:12 am...This is the second morning that i had to miss work to try to get an appointment at this clinic. Yesterday i was on hold from 7:30 PROMPTLY only to be disconnected at 7:38. When i finally got through again (at 8:23) i was told they were booked for the day...Today I followed the recording instructions "press 2 for appointments" I was told that that was wrong!!!...I was transfered again at 7: 38 am only to be kept on hold until what is now 8:17..Something should be done about what I believe is BLATANT MISMANAGEMENT at this facility!!!. I have no problem with my Dr. she is very professional. It would be great if I only had a chance to see her. Most people that have to go to this clinic have pay as you go phones, wich means they have a finite number of minutes on thier phones and cannot afford to use them all on trying for 3 or 4 days in a row trying to get an appointment. This place has went down hill since the time of my first visits. I hope that someone that can make some changes sees this and actually does something!!!
