my father had a carotid endarterectomy and Dr. Cousins was fantastic. Absolutely no problems getting in and done quickly and efficiently.

I have wasted numerous hours on the phone and over 20 dollars trying to get my husband in as a patient here. I was told that they needed his records before they could set an appt. His old doctor uses a company to transfer the records and I paid them $20+ to send CorVasc the records. CorVasc kept telling me they never got them and that they couldn't set an appt until they had the records. When I called this morning, someone finally told me that when they get records, they shred them if the patient isn't already in their system. Well how is he supposed to be in the system if they can't put him in there until they receive the records?? My husband has 90% blockage in his neck and he is only 42. He desperately needs to be seen and they have wasted 2 months of our time that we could've been receiving services from a doctor who cares and knows how to run their office. When I told them how upset I was, they told me to have the records resent. I'd be better off sticking another $20 in my own shredder!
