COMPLAINT? Here's a quarter call Someone who cares, Owners Son is one of the RUDEST PEOPLE I EVER Encountered We returned Pizza they KEPT our money and refused to refund for their CRUMMY Product! BEWARE BAD FOOD BAD ATTITUDE RUDE

If you'd like a 3-topping with terrible customer service, rude managers, and mediocre quality, then these guys have a special for you. Otherwise, don't bother.

We had ordered from Circle City before on a Saturday and decided to do so again on a Thursday. After being rung up for a $22 large pizza and not receiving anything for over an 1 hour and 15 minutes, my wife called the store. They told her that the pizza hadn't even left the store yet, to which she replied "This is ridiculous" and hung up. I called them 10 minutes later to just cancel the order and was hung up on by the guy who said he was the manager. I called him back, basically because I was shocked that someone who claimed to be any sort of manager would actually hang up on a customer. When he finally answered, he proceeded to lecture me that there was no way they would have ever delivered to my house on a Saturday and that I (the customer) should only order from them when it is convenient for their schedule. I guess I need to apologize to the them for ordering a pizza. Obviously, my bad, fellas.

So, Indianapolis, if you'd like pizza better than this poorly run outfit, then go get a $5 Hot-n-Ready Little Caesar's pizza or pick up a $3 Red Baron from Marsh. Absolutely ridiculous, disappointing experience.

If Circle City has an explanation for this experience, I'd love to hear it.

We order from Circle City ofte...

We order from Circle City often. The employees there have always been very courteous and friendly. The pizza is excellent and is delivered in a very timely manner. We also order from them at my place of employment whenever we have a lunch meeting. Everyone I work with loves it. This is not your run-of-the-mill pizza that tastes like frozen store pizza like you get from the nation wide chains. Very generous toppings and excellent taste.

dont trust delivery person

We paid for our pizza with a 50, when we turned to put pizza up and retreive our cat he let out he jumped into his car and drove away with our change. When I called they said they didnt have a night manager, and the female on the phone was very rude and foul mouthed. then the driver got on the phone later when i called to talk to him or the manager, he got rude and foul mouthed. I would strongly advise to get your pizza somewhere else. I would have given 0 stars if it would let me.

Hi my name is Tyler Cook and I am the delivery driver who is being falsely accused of the theft. The man who is accusing me here is not even the person who ordered the pizza, answered the door, or paid me. I do have confirmation that I was not paid with a 50. Most importantly, under any circumstances can I freely open any customers door. This man's wife is the one who came to the door for the order. She gave me the money, 2 20 dollar bills and 4 of 1 dollar bills. The cat had slipped out the door and I still had the food in my hand with the money. The wife then bent down to pick up the cat and she put the cat in the house. I then handed her the food and went to give her change and she told me that she did not need any. I am a man who is married with 2 children. I take my job very serious and represent the business of Circle City Pizza very highly. I have been with this job for almost 2 years and never once have had this problem. I know my boss and the owner hold high standards just as any to keep the business flowing to please the wonderful customers we do have everyday. To all the customers that love to visit us, myself and everyone on the Circle City staff would like to thank you for appreciating our service.

The Best Thin Crust Pizza Ever

Circle City Pizza has the best thin crust pizza of anyone in the business. It's sauce is light and delicious and the cheese exceptionally good. We always get two of the biggest cheese pizzas when we are in the area and next time will get two cheese and a pepperoni. Circle City has several locations in Indianapolis and stores in Greenwood and Martinsville. Here's hoping they expand further into Central Indiana!
