Spoke with used car salesman R...

Spoke with used car salesman Ryan several times over 3 day period regarding a specific car. I live several hours away so I set an appointment on Saturday at 1pm to come in, see, test drive and hopefully purchase the car. On Friday at 1;30 PM he called me to answer some questions I had asked about the car....apparently they had found what they considered to be a problem so he offered me the car at a significantly reduced price, and he said it would be sold as is. I agreed and told him I would be there the next day for the appointment we had set earlier in the week. Saturday morning at 10:30 as I was alreading driving there, Ryan called to tell me that the car was no longer available....THEY SOLD IT TO ONE OF THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES !!! DIDN'T MATTER THAT I HAD A STANDING APPOINTMENT TO SEE THE CAR -SOLD IT RIGHT OUT FROM UNDER ME TO ONE OF THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES! When I called to speak with the DEALERSHIP OWNER, ROB BUTLER (who took 3 days to return my call) He said that they have a policy not to sell cars with known issues, but to send them to Mr Butler, why was I offered the car at a reduced price at all, if that is indeed your policy? sure seems like the sales managers that I spoke to, Ryan and Larry, would know about a policy like that. Send it to auction..... is that what you call selling it to one of your own employees? SCAMMERS STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS

I got very good service from Mr. Gallagher very nice gentlemen. They were very nice even offered us a drink. Account manager was very nice and helpful....I would definitely go back and buy another vehicle......

bought a used Kia van here

We bought a used Kia van here. Our selection was very limited, but the salesperson did change the seats in the van and have a car top carrier installed for us as these were non-negotiables for us. All in all, an average experience I'd say.
