The staff at Berger’s was great, from Joe Marchant in Sales to Sheri Brill in Customer Service, and Kirsten Johnson in Quality Assurance (QA). Sheri did a great job helping me with the measuring. I have an 8' x 5' table with two 2' x 5' leaves that attaches to the table ends. I wasn't the best tracer and my traced edges just wouldn't match up. Sheri worked with me to get the best tracing I could to ensure I had the best fit. But then Sheri had a fantastic idea of placing the pad extensions in the center of the table instead of trying to match the ends. That worked perfectly. However, because of the problems we had with my earlier tracings, time got really short and I only had a few weeks to get the table pad before a big event I had planned. Sheri put a rush on my order and had the table pad at my house well before my event. I also ordered an 82” buffet server. The buffet server was supposed to be made in two pieces, but it came as a single piece. I mentioned the problem to Sheri and she promptly contacted QA. Kirsten from QA contacted me quickly and assured me that they would remake the buffet server into two pieces as I originally specified. They were apologetic and gracious, and I am looking forward to getting the buffet. So far, the whole experience has been very positive and the products I’ve received are exactly as advertised. I received so many compliments on my table pad. I’m very satisfied with Berger's Table Pad Factory!
My wife and I had a Steve Silver table that we love. We wanted to protect it and knew table pads were the way to go. We called and spoke with Zach (ext 115). He was so helpful and walked us through choosing our colors and he was even able to find our pattern so we didn't have to measure or trace! I can't recommend Berger's enough (plus a HUGE thanks to Zach!!!)
Just wanted to say that I received my beautiful table pads the other day. They fit perfect and look gorgeous! I can't believe I waited so long to order them. Thank you so much for getting them to me so quickly. It was a pleasure doing business with you. My grandmother would be so happy to see her dinning room table still looking so wonderful after all these years. Thanks for helping keep it looking great for another 25 years or more.
Horrible Horrible Company! They have lied to me many times, They have promised things they did not deliver on like me receiving my pad in time for Thanksgiving. They won't return my calls. Liars, thieves and cowards is what they are! Please read my Yahoo! and BBB review before doing business with this company. If Rich Pinnan is your "customer service rep" you better run! Kirsten in QA is equally as inefficient. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Please do not waste your money or your time or risk ruining your special event by being told you were going to receive a product by a certain day and then don't receive it.
