Well I would say their service is the horrible and worst. They will committ with you, but on the day of move they will come up with some excuse to do it next day,. next day they wont show up. I mean where is professionalism ? First of all if you are so busy then dont comitt with anyone, I am sure where they might had shown to do the move, they must had done something wrong with the move. I was kind of thinking its blessings in disguised as they might make some more loss fo rmy stuff while move. They are truly non-professional people and their business should be banned.

Don't be fooled by great sales approach. They made big promises to me and delivered on none of them. The biggest breach was that they did not show up to do my move! I contacted them to set up the move 3 weeks prior, contacted them the day before to confirm and gave them a deposit to ensure delivery of service. Not only did they not show, but I had to contact them. If there was a problem (which they indicated was broken down trucks) they should have contacted me to inform me. They did not. I contacted them and they gave me the run-around saying ""they would do the best they could"" to move me the day of my scheduled move. I finally called back at the end of the day and asked them to either assure me they were coming or cancel my move and refund my deposit. They said they were not going to make it and my deposit would be refunded. More than a week later, my deposit has not been refunded. And in fact, my card was charged AFTER they had already cancelled and not shown up to do my move. The day of the move, when I called, they didn't even offer any alternatives (like a partial refund and guarantee of the next morning). They just didn't show and didn't tell me. Really bad experience. Please review ratings of this mover (F) and the mover I ended up using (Busy Bee - A rating) with the BBB if you want to avoid a great big hassle.

I was not there for the pick up or drop of but my sister said they were professional and kind. I was happy to have it all there for me when I was able to get to the new place. They did it in the scheduled time frame and everything is in perfect condition.

They treated my things well and always used caution when necessary. I watched them very carefully when the y were loading it all and never saw anything that would make me worry. Even after 3 weeks of storage everything arrived in great condition and at the scheduled time and location.

Moving is never easy but this time was different. I packed all of my things days before and had everything ready to go when the movers were coming. They showed up a few minutes early and after I explained what the boxes were they went to work. The move went well and they were very careful, everything arrived in good condition and they were friendly.

They did an excellent job for me! I was so thankful they were able to squeeze my move in at the last minute because I started to have back pains before I was supposed to move, and so I called All My Sons with very short notice. After the move was complete I was very happy with the decision I made to hire them - it was worth every penny!

I personally can not say a bad thing about this moving business. I hired them a few years ago to help me with a pretty big move. They did such a great job that I called on them again last month to help me move again. They were very helpful and careful with my things.
We had them come out and give us and estimate prior to the move. They charge by the hour and were there all day trying to get everything to fit in the truck and it wouldn't. This wouldn't be such a big deal if we weren't moving across several states. We were informed by the driver that it may cost us double what we were quoted. Over the three weeks they had our belongings we made multiple calls to them with no return call. Major water damage led to major mold and mildew damage to over $10,000 worth of our belongings. They never once called to notify us of it. Water poured of one box the entire day it sat on our driveway. After two months we still have not received a return call from them or their insurance company. Nor have we received any compensation. Use someone else. Don't take the risk.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. We had nothing but problems with this company. They caused of $10,000 worth of damage to our belongings due to water and mildew. Still no returned calls or compensation. I could go on and on about them not returning calls and poor handling.

I had an awful experience with All My Sons. I called them 2 weeks before my move and scheduled a Saturday morning move. I was told that they would call me Friday to tell me what time to expect them. I never received a call. I tried calling them first thing Saturday morning and my call was routed to their Dallas office (I am in Indianapolis, IN). The operator was of no help and just forwarded my call to the main company line where it was never answered after 30 minutes of waiting. I made multiple calls throughout the morning and the most I was able to do was leave several messages on Chris's (the owner?) voicemail. Long story short, I never received a call from them and they never showed. My lease at my apartment was over that weekend and luckily, the movers, Here to There, were available and they moved my one bedroom apartment on Sunday. It took them 3 hours total to load and unload me. They were a much better choice than All My Sons. Customer service is not a hard thing to do since all it required is someone picking up the phone and giving me a call to let me know what was happening. If All My Sons could not even do that, I hate to see what they would have done if they had moved me. If you have a certain time to be out of your place, I would definitely look for another company since All My Sons has shown that they are not reliable.

I am very pleased with All My Sons and their moving services. They kept the process as simple as possible, and knew how to maintain organization within my chaotic move. They were careful with my furniture and wrapped it in the moving blankets so that it would not get damaged. Needless to say, they made my move go much smoother than expected!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I have never dealt w a more unprofessional moving company - and I?ve moved across the country multiple times. All My Sons was the absolute worst company. I have actually never posted a negative review online (on any website), but after what happened to me, I felt compelled to warn other customers before they find themselves in a similar situation.
All My Sons was polite and prompt to schedule my move, but after that, things went severely downhill. I was told that I would be contacted the day prior to the move to confirm my scheduled time, from 12-2:30pm. I did not receive a confirmatory call. And when I tried to call the company to confirm my move, no one was available. I realize it was a Sunday, however, I should have been notified on a Friday, prior to my move on Monday.
On the morning of my move, I did finally reach someone who could confirm my scheduled time, which was reassuring. I called THREE times during my scheduled time slot to try to confirm when someone would be coming to start my move (at 12:30, 1:05, and at 2:10) ? each time, I spoke with the dispatcher who was unhelpful, only stating that he would call the men who would be coming to start my move, and then he would call me back w an estimated time of arrival. I never received a call back.
On my third attempt at 2:10pm, I received a half-hearted apology. When pressed if the dispatcher had actually called anyone who might be done w a job and come to my address, he stated he indeed had NOT called anyone yet.
At 2:30pm, I began to move the small things into my condo that I could easily do my own, as I had been already waiting for over two and half hours.
I called again at 2:52pm, was given the same nonchalant attitude and poor service. I was so disgusted from wasting my entire day waiting and receiving not a single call back or apology, my father (who is in his 60s) and I began struggling to unload the truck, which we did for the next 4 hours.
My final call was at 3:24pm to CANCEL my service because I couldn?t bring myself to pay them IF they did ever show up. I ranted about how frustrated I was, and explained what I dealt with for the past 3 and ? hours. Not a single apology or explanation. Not an offer to give me discount on my service. STILL NO ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL.
Please keep in mind I am a medical resident at IUPUI ? moving to a new city, with a limited time frame for a move-in . Additionally, I did not have anyone else to help me ? except my parents ? who should not be lifting and moving any boxes or furniture.
What a disaster for a company ? horrible service. I was completely left on my own. Clearly, I will warn all other residents/physicians or anyone that I come in contact in Indianapolis (starting my realtor who actually recommended this worthless company to me) with that might be considering a move to stay FAR AWAY from All My Sons.

I had a great move with All My Sons. They came to my house to pick up my things as scheduled and when they delivered my belongings to my new home, they were packed just as I had left them, not a thing damaged. I am very particular when it comes to my furniture and they handled everything with care. Thank you All My Sons, for a move well done.

First of all, these movers were dragging their feet throughout the entire move as they charge hourly($110 per hour plus a minimum trip charge of $110 and surcharges etc., so that they could bill us for more # of hours. Then, they soiled the carpet/floors with mud/dirt as it was drizzling that day and didn't have it cleaned/shampooed after they left nor did they deduct the cleaning charges from the total. After loading all the stuff that we needed to be moved, they disappeared for over 2 hours with all our stuff before they showed up. Moreover, my husband an father-in-law helped/assisted them in moving stuff, laying down & taping cardboard boxes and dropcloth over the floors to prevent soiling in the house we were moving into. We also discovered that a valuable engagement ring 'mysteriously disappeared' from the jewelry armoire in the master closet while the movers were in the house and we registered a complaint with the police. On top of all this, the movers were hankering for a few hundred $$$ tip!!! After repeated attempts to contact the manger to resolve the issue of the disappearance of the ring, who seemed to have just stepped out of the office whenever we called, we have filed a complaint with the BBB and are looking to pursue a civil case against them. I agree with the folks who have also mentioned that this is the by far the totally WORST and non-professional moving company we've ever encountered.

Quoted for a job then wanted to collect 4 times the quote rate.
Employees advised Owner was sending them with too small truck before arriving at move site and re-confirmed.
All boxes were packed and yet a 2-BD 2-BTH less than 20 miles.
Move took over 12 hours, two truckloads, and required my labor, tools, truck and time to complete.
Damaged hardwood floors at move-out residence, broke furniture and other items: a lamp, damaged furniture including antiques, my sons wagon, and more.
At 1AM expected me to pay 4 times the quoted rate plus materials NOT used.
I disputed the bill to the Owner who rather than offer a reasonable settlement said his attorney would call me.
This company never billed me for services nor gave me a copy of any contract for services; however, they recently sent my account to collections using my old address (perhaps in hopes I'd never get the notice) and now are using a collections company to attempt to collect even more money.
Interestingly, at the very same time I was in contract with a separate local moving company to transport household goods from another state here. The experience with Wheaton Moving was completely opposite of my experience with All My Sons. I received a quote, they performed moving services quoted, and I paid exactly what had been quoted. No hidden costs, no misrepresentations, and all my household goods arrived damage free.

I cancelled before I even went through with the experience. I read all of these reviews and decided to set up a move with them anyways even with a bad feeling in my gut. The guy said he would email me all of the details in which he did not. I decided to go ahead and rent a Uhaul and do the move myself, but when I called the number ""Colin"" gave me it went to a personal voicemail box of someone else and the 866 number they have listed on their website will not pick up unless you have submitted a form for a quote online. I had to trick them into answering.
