I went to an appointment with Indiana Legal Services in Bloomington, IN when I rushed through an eviction process two weeks after cancer surgery. Neighbors threatened robbery and murder (reported to police) using my name at Scholar's Rock Apt. in Bloomington, IN. I was rushed through the proceedings by Bloomington Judge two weeks after cancer surgery while having a brain tumor as a separate issue. Former Bloomington South running back and methamphetamine addict Nick Dunbar, who battered me by punching me in the face as hard as he could three times without any warning, was assigned to my case where I met with him after cancer surgery. He does not have any college degree to my understanding, including no law degree. Nick Dunbar once claimed he would volunteer at Indiana Legal Services to put low income people at a further disadvantage.

I am very pleased with the service I have received from this legal firm. They came highly recommended to me and now I will pass the word how well I was taken care of by this legal firm.
I have had the great misfortune of having Charles Reeder assigned to handle my late father’s probate. This is the last person I’d ever recommend to handle anyone’s legal matters. He consistently over billed my family in every way imaginable. Then he tried to hide it by burying his bill—without his name being revealed— in BMO Private Bank’s partial distribution authorization documents my family was required to sign in order to receive some of our money.Though my father’s estate consisted of only one checking account and CD at a local bank, one investment account, and some life insurance, Mr. Reeder referred it to a friend at BMO Private Bank in Chicago for financial management. She promptly charged us $40,000.00. up front, to transfer Dad’s accounts to BMO. The $40,000.00 only covers financial management of the estate. Everything else to do with the probate is extra. The billable hours Mr. Reeder submitted for his services could best be described as a creative fictional extrapolation. For example, he billed us several hours of his time—at $375.00 per hour—for printing out two routine, single page, fill-in-the-blank documents. Paralegals routinely do this for the attorneys in their office, not the attorneys. My son’s an attorney. So far, Mr. Reeder and BMO Private Bank have already plowed through $60,000.00 of my dad’s money doing nothing more than the routine things comprising any probate costing far, far less. According to BMO Private Bank, we are only halfway through the time we’ll have to wait before they’ll close the estate and finally allow us to have whatever’s left of our money.
Horrible attorney! Took our money and dropped us, and did not finish filing our bankruptcy. NEVER returned any of our phone calls! Lazy, liar, and awful service. Reporting to The Bar.
