This was our first time eating here. I must say, we were pleasantly surprised. Our waiter (a young man) was totally professional, very friendly, and made us feel welcome. The food was cooked to my liking and tasted ever so good. I highly recommend Art's Skillet.

The waiter that we had was extremely IMPRESSIVE. His name was Pepe. He took the order of 22 people without pen or paper, and got the order right!!!! It was entertaining watching him. He was a superb waiter. I will most definitely be back and will request to sit in his section. The food was good too.
Had hairs in two separate entrees. Ordered enchiladas and they served me tamales. The street corn was horrid. And the majority of our entrees were cold. The server wasn’t around during the whole experience.
This use to be my favorite restaurant. Very poor service. Waiter was horrible. I had to cancel my sushi because it never showed up. I had to go get my wife’s drink after 30 min and asking him 3x I did it myself. NEVER WILL WE BE BACK! The manager did not seem to care. Just said “So sorry”.

Went here on lunch break from work on Thursday at 11:30. The restaurant was about half full. We never got our food, and an hour went by. We had to leave without eating. I asked if we could not pay for our drinks the manager called me a b*tch and said that we had to pay for our drinks. They charged us each a different amount for when we ordered nothing but coke products. The manager assured us that we would have our food in 7 minutes, but we had to get back to work. The manager continued to explain that they take call in orders over customers that are in the restaurant, and that's why it took so long.
