This place was awful. My girlfriend went in and prepaid for me to get a message. They scheduled me in for a 4:30 appointment and gave us a gift certificate. I took the gift certificate and put it in my pocket. I mistakenly put those pants in the washer and needless to say it didn’t exist any more. I went in thinking they still have my reservation and it would be good. Nope. They told me they see the reservation and remember her coming in but would not give me the message or our money back. The guy was rude and unhelpful in any kind of way. Stay away from this place. We are just out of the $55. Plus the $10 tip we have them. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They pretty much stole $65 from us.

I am giving 5 stars to ALL of my customers and my most talented staff.I've been blessed to have most loyal clientele for over 20 years.Thank You ALL.
I was shocked when I walked in the door the first time. It is a beautiful salon. I have had I think all the services they offer. I like the atmosphere of the areas being separated. Manicure, hair and spa all separate. I am especially impressed with their depth of education. I appreciate how sanitary they are with manicure and pedicure. Finest products used. Very friendly.
After Cheryl left this place has gone down hill. We do not like the new salon manager because she is very rude and unprofessional. We have been members for close to 5 years and will be canceling shortly because of the the new manager. Besides- all of the good therapist end up leaving massage envy bc they don't like the work environment. Customer service is everything in this competitive market- there's a million places to go and get a massage and better customer service.
The best of the best! We are the home of the Indianapolis Colts Cheerleaders, are non-tipping, and have some of the friendliest staff around.
Excellent service. Very upscale and professional. Awesome prices.
The last time I was here a few years ago, I did not have the most pleasant experience and only went back just one time. I had requested some help with my daughter's hair but was treated very rudely by Kathy. She kept insisting that the solution was just to "cut all her hair off". She was asking questions to me in a way that was very belittling to me until I told her to stop. This place claims to be a Christian business and when they make that claim, I expect Christ-like actions. Nobody is perfect, but this place did NOT reflect Christ at all that day. Furthermore, they prices on their haircuts are WAY overpriced. They charged full price for my children, both under the age of 10. Their children's prices only go through the age of 5! And additionally, I felt that one of the other ladies who had cut my hair was WAY too intrusive into my personal business. I would NOT recommend this place. I had had some other good hair stylists in this place, which is why I will give a 2 rating instead of the 1. I now go to a place much closer to where I live with a lady I like and much more reasonable prices.
**LIke another reviewer here, my Yelp review was also removed. Unprofessional on the phone and borderline hostile/angry at my questions. I read many questionable reviews online about Panache, so I called (hoping to find out that they were outliers) before I redeemed my groupon. I'm a special education teacher, I have patience and I'm very calm. I wanted to know if the massage therapists were licensed. He avoided answering, but I kept asking. He then (still not verifying if they were) got angry and told me he wasn't going to give out names or license numbers. He still would not verify if they were actually LMT's. He told me I could only ask them myself at my appointment and then said they have a license. He told me people don't leave good reviews only bad ones. *search yelp for massage therapy and see all the good reviews people leave*. He then told me to not bother coming in and that I should ask groupon for a refund. He also told me a $39 gratuity would be charged, I asked if it was mandatory and he waffled, eventually saying no, but later in the conversation he said it was mandatory and that's the only reason people leave bad reviews. The man on the phone was rude, unprofessional, and argumentative. Beware.
Purchased a groupon for a bff mani pedi. Was separated from my bff for two hours while getting the worst mani pedi ever. Apparently the chair broke so they can't do bff mani pedis? When I talked to the lady at the front desk about it, she talked to the manager. He said he would ALLOW me to buy another groupon.
I wish I would have read the reviews on this place before I purchased the couples massage Groupon. We had the same aweful experience as most. Our groupon was supposed to include a 60 min massage, 30 min hydrotherapy, and hors d'oeuvres. We arrived at 10:00. Had to fill out paperwork then waited at least another 5-10 min before we changed into our robes. I had to actually go get someone after changing because we waited what seemed like a really long time. The hot tub was ok. The temp was luke warm and the chlorine burned my eyes. She gave us some story about how it hadn't had a chance to warm up yet because it was early. The "hors d'oeuvres" were some cut up pineapple and sliced strawberries served with two Dixie cups of water. The massage was just ok. More like rubbing with no real technique. When we got up from the massage table my husband looked at the clock and it was only 11:24. With all the waiting there is no way it should have been 11:24On our way out the front desk told us we owed gratuity. I told her we left the tip in the room. She sent the other lady back to get it. We left $20 and she said we "owed" them $40 (20%) and that it said it in the Groupon. I tried to explain to her that her tip reflected our experience and that by definition the amount of tip was up to the customer base on the level of service received. She pointed to the sentence on the Gropon that said a 24 hour cancellation was required. I pointed out to her that the word "required" was in reference to the cancellation policy...not the 20% gratuity. Unfortunately by that time my husband had already given her another $20. They are definitely hustlers!!
