Very disappointed. The building downtown is very clean and quiet. Not real handicap friendly which is weird being a brain and spinal indtitute. Just very disappointed. Get a second appionion.

First visit was to Dr. Ridell. Never received a follow up, but I had to call for the results. Office visit was $325.00 and I don't understand why the provider to by insurance was "St Vincent Hospital Neuro Lab Inpt". (?????)
Dr. Shapiro is my savior! He did my 3rd back surgery in September! 2nd fusion! And once again he did an amazing job! The entire staff is amazing! He cares so much about his patients and only does surgery if nothing else works! I will continue to go to him as long as he is in practice! Thank you Dr. Shapiro for helping me be able to live with less pain!
I was very displeased with the doctor I had he didn't listen to a word I said. And as far as my pain went went he wanted to start preaching to me about the laws he's a doctor not a lawyer and I went to law school so he pretty much told me to suffer. Now really what kind of doctor does that to a human in severe pain and has suffered for more than 5 years a quack that's who. I was not a bit impressed with the uncaring of this doctor and I would never go back again. So uncaring it's all about the money and no compassion for another human being so I pray one day he gets treated the same way he treated me.
I have recently been diagnosed with Ms and was referred to Dr George. Dr George was wonderful, she took the time I needed to understant what was going on, and listened to my concerns. Very unsure of the diagnoses and of the out come we were very upset, but the staff was wonderful very understanding, didn't rush me, took the time to explain every step, even the office manager took the time to greet me and gave me her business card and told me to call if I ever needed anything, we were very impresses with the care I received.
This office is loud and not conducive to migraines. I had to wait a week to see doctor for a severe migraine. No meds prescribed to abort migraine - suggested ER! I will be finding a new doctor immediately!
I had been falling down for 2 yrs and was overdosed by my dr in Ft Wayne, IN thankfully Ind University Pain Mgmt found out that I had a Granuloma and had Dr. Shah operate and he was excellent. I was in ICU for 4 days and then went home. I am still in pain d/t a hernitated disc a few months ago. I will always have damage to my spine but the DR's changed any further damage. They saved my life!
Go somewhere else. I had 3 appts. at this location. On each occasion, I witnessed patients walking out angry with front desk. They are rude and have no sense of customer service. They do not call you with test results. You have to call them and results are not easy to obtain. They allow no messages to be left. The last time I visited this location, the nurse practionner, Gina Davis, had NO IDEA why I was there. She was unprepared. I also gott the impression they do alot of business with Medicaid and it was obvious these poor patients were treated differently!
