Do not buy a ring from here. Seriously, it has been the worst experience of my life. I've had my ring for 3 years and have had countless problems but I'll just tell you about the most recent one. I brought my ring in because the diamond was loose for the fourth time (again, I have only had the ring for three years...). They suggested a new type of head (which I'm not sure why they would not have suggested it the first three times). They had the ring for 6 days and told me I could have my mom pick it up at 4pm on Thursday. She had to wait around for close to 20 minutes for the ring to be done. When she got it home, a diamond was missing from the band and the main diamond is sticking out so far and it looks completey different. It just blows my mind that they would not have checked to make sure that all of the diamonds were there. Jared is horrible. I would never let any of my friends or family buy a ring from there. There are like ten other jewelry stores right in the same area as this Jared. Do yourself a favor, pick one of those.

I just went here after going to 3 places to sell my gold band and silver band. The young man immediately set aside my silver band, which is understandable considering its whopping $ 1.75-3 worth in silver... Only after saying he can't buy it because there was no stamp, and then later finding one after I told him I knew it had one. Then he quickly "tested"the gold band and said it was not real. That's ignorance/mistake making in itself, but the reason for 1 star is how he responded to my polite remark about it being real gold, and how 3 stores confirmed it, and how I trust WalMart to not sell fake gold. He immediately ushered me out of the store without so much as a offer to retest it. I get the fact that there are a lot of people trying to pass off fools gold for 1200$ an ounce, but I was not one of them, so I felt the need to share my experience. I told him you might want to retest it, or test your tests or whatever, politely, for their benefit, because quite freaky that's BS that a legitimate looking business is turning down real gold because of some. 25 yr old guys inexperience/bad test kits. And it's disrespectful to treat somebody who wanted an honest appraisal, on such a brutish manner.
PLEASE THINK TWICEMy husband had a secondary wedding band made for me here and we recently went in to get it re-sized. Although it had been sized properly, the engraving along the entire band had been "polished off", and they had no record of there even being engraving!! After explaining our confusion and looking at the ring further, the rep explained to us that the woman who re-sized the ring must have thought it was a scratch...... Apparently to fix the mistake it will take a week, even though it only took 2 days to have it made the first time.We were incredibly disappointed with the dishonesty and lack of professionalism. They didn't apologize once.-Very poor craftsmanship-Overbearing sales people unable to take no for an answer-Sneaky and dishonest business practices
Buyer Beware!!!!! The customer service is HORRIBLE !!!!!!! I Bought a Movado Bold, a week after I bought it there was some problems with the crystal and the movement. I took it in and they exchanged it for a new one. A month later the new watch needs some scratches fixed in the CHEAP quartz. So I take it in to be repaired under the ultimate watch protection plan I bought, and they sent it to Movado by MISTAKE, so there went 4 weeks of no watch cause they sent it to the wrong place. It was supposed to go to the ultimate watch protection repair place. So now they get it back from Movado and send it to the correct place, and I get a phone call saying the quartz is on back order and wont be in till the end of july.....I am beyond angry,,,,,I dropped the watch off may 15th and was told it would take 4 weeks at the most....its been 10weeks.... I feel they should give me a new one, and they can deal with waiting for the other one......... I am a small business owner myself(The Mattress Guys in Avon Indiana) and would never treat a customer the way they do
