Very rude receptionist, Dr's will share you personal info with other people on the floor with no respect to privacy of you. They leave the doors open when your being examined. They don't care if your clothed or not. Very disappointed.

Customer Service is the worst I ever experienced. Very unfriendly, letters to its Atlanta, GA were never replied to, including autorization forms for me to discuss my husband's case, had to be submitted at least four times. Rates for Medicare's supplements for me and my husband went up to $590.00/month. Cancelled coverage as of July 1, 2017. Should have cancelled a long time ago. Have been with Anthem more than 15 years, I assume they don't seem to care about customer loyalty.
Without going into a lot of detail, we had an relative that received some care at this hospital. (not life threatening or anything) Things went okay, but we were not happy with the way she was treated, and not too pleased with the staff in general. Half of them seem to constantly be on their phones. Some were kind of rude. They didn't seem to care. Maybe they just had some personal problems or something. But that's no excuse. Our relative was extremely unhappy also.
I wish to thank all of the Doctors and Nurses for saving my life. I was near death from a motorcycle accident. I spent all of June in the hospital. Roger Blanford
It's been 12 years ago ,and still seems like yesterday. Too many mistakes, uncleanliness, preventable complications that nearly ended my life several times,,everyone seemed to always be in a hurry. No attention to modesty whatsoever, not covered at all when students were lined up in my room to hear the doctor discuss my conditions and treatments, their disregard of preventing infections, properly covering patients, and not saying anything about my surgery being watched by a group of students and/or interns without me being asked for approval, They need to learn how to treat patients in a much more private respecting manner. I will never return to this hospital.
Its a great hospital.they understand what pain going through
We had no issues when we were there for my husband's Kidney Transplant in May of 2013. Since the Transplant my husband has improved daily in his health. We now mainly deal with the Pharmacy on a monthly basis when they ship the required medications to us Free of charge. Plus, we see Dr. Yakub one of the Post Kidney Transplant physicians when he is up here in the Elkhart County Area on the first Thursday of the month when scheduled. We appreciate his dedication to his patients and their improved health.
Made an appointment after getting HIP 2.0 insurance; my appointment was yesterday and I was being seen primarily just to get into the system. The place seemed clean, the intake clerk was professional, the cna and doctor were very professional, and I only had to wait about 10 minutes. A very good experience
I am happy with the care I receive.
Pathetic help. Do not waste your time. If you want the Doctors who are PAID to practice Western Medicine to refer you to unorthodox mind over matter healers or a Chiropractor then this is the place for you! If you are REALLY in pain and NOT a typical drug abuser, don't go here because apparently the Medical Doctor has no authority to write a prescription. (Or was he lying??). If you want to hear about the Doctor and his family's medical history & problems versus getting what you are paying for then go here! This is NOT the first time I have gone through this at this Medcheck. I call just now to speak to a Manager. Yes, I am still suffering but basically wanted to complain about being referred to a practice where the Doctors wife works vs being treated by him! That was what I paid for right? Instead the African American girl at the front desk wanted to have a chat/snicker goodbye session while I was trying to tell her what happened. When I said, Excuse me....are you being unprofessional as well and speaking to your co-worker while a patient is talking to you? I was promptly put on hold for 10 min so she cd continue her conversation. I left my cell no. I explained there was no need in wasting my time on her. She agreed and rudely hung up. Wow???? This is who you employ Medcheck? You are setting yourself up for a law suit!
