They need to hire a receptionist. I called constantly and no one answered the telephone. This is very disappointing, and if someone was calling to admit a patient at least they will know there will be no information given by phone.

Toured wasn't super impressed with the overall facility, there is construction so that may play a part but the staff were not friendly I was there after hours staff not really willing to answer questions and it just didn't really have an inviting feeling
Friendly staff, felt welcomed, beautiful building. Enjoyed visiting the facility. Food looked good and environment was clean.
Staff could not be better..in particular OT, PT and Nursing. Very clean and everyone steps up to help if it is "their job" or not. Food is good and they work to give you what you want. Would rather be home but this is a nice alternative.
BEAWARE!! This place looks nice & they act like they care! THEY DO NOT. Residents lay in bed for hours after asking for help. The are extremely low on staff not to mention harly anyone on the weekends. Night help us AWLFUL. My mom has gotten worse since she went in. She has received bruises, meds she doesn't need. They only shower residents when they feel like it. Please don't leave your loved ones in a place like this. YOU BE SORRY.
This is a horrible home to send anyone. Everyone is just so rude and disrespectful. Highly don't recommend here at all.
Where to begin.First understand EXACTLY what level of service is required and have it outlined in detail. They will not tell you what kind of care will be given.If a routine/ meds change:Do not expect everyone involved to know the changes.Medication consumption is not always written in the records which causes extra doses, this is being investigated. The staff will make you wait or place you on ignore if they don't like you. Slow to respond.Witnessed several people respond to call only to just turn off call button. I went into room saw call button on floor and lady had wanted out of bed for a couple hours now but no one would help her get out of bed.My parent had 3 falls, the last resulting in a broken neck, staples in the head, and she was ok 1-2 days after fall, but went downhill after that.Apparently even witnessing that she can't eat on her own, they don't try to feed the patients unless it's written down to do so in her chart. They said there was a care description? 2 years here, never heard of it.2 years of broken promises and poor communication.
I wholeheartedly agree with Tim G. The campus is new and attractive. However, with the exception of just a few employees, the staff is beyond terrible. The nursing care is awful. The worst part is that upper management of Trilogy Health Services DOES NOT care and has made it perfectly clear. They prefer to shame and blame families for placing a family member there. Absolutely avoid this place at all costs. I actually give this facilitly no stars...but was forced to give it a rating.
Excellent facility in every way! My dad has been there 5 months, unable to walk, and will remain there because it is that good!
