It took me awhile to write this review because I was laughing to hard at Brickman and HotRod07's reviews. First off, a guy falling asleep with the accelerator floored while on the Dyno is hilarious. I'm not even sure that's possible unless he has Narcolepsy. And the sandwich on the intake, Really? LMAO. The other seems to be a disgruntled ex employee, that I bet didn't have the Testicular Fortitude to express his anger to management and instead became a Keyboard Warrior. I have had two vehicles in for work at RPM. The first was a GMC Sierra that had the usual Rocker Panel and Cab Corner rust. I must say the Body Shop did an excellent job on the repairs. They even went the extra mile and put the rock guard on the Rockers before paint. It looked as good, if not better, than factory. The second visit was for an exhaust upgrade on my Muscle Car. I went with Flowmasters that Bob ordered for me. He called me as soon as they came in and had me come in the next day. I literally only waited about an hour and a half and it was finished. Bob took me back to the shop and had me look at the work while the car was still on the lift. The welds on the mufflers were great and no exhaust leaks. I also looked at some other projects that were in the shop and I must say that the workmanship was great. I've seen a lot of cars they have put out and the finished product was top notch. Bob went out of his way to make my visit a positive one. I highly recommend RPM Performance and will be a repeat customer.

I have had my car at RPM numerous times. I haven't ever had a bad experience. They were friendly fast and competitive on their prices. The jobs were quoted and completed in a timely manner. Bob, The Manager has went out of his way for me multiple times. He drove to my work place after hours,, met me on my break just to give me a part off of my car. He showed me what he was working with. My last visit my car was done in less than 2 hours. I wasn't expecting to get my car back for days. Brian at the Parts counter, is the Best in the Business. He knew what I was attempting to achieve with my car, he helped me to go above and beyond. I will be a return customer of RPM Performance. Please don't let these negative reviews reflect the real work that is done on at the RPM East St. Shop. Hands down First Class Shop.
I really just want to say thank you for all the extra work mike did to my vehicle while it was at his shop. When mike was looking at my vehciel he noticed that I needed brakes and that one of my lines had rusted and was leaking break fluid, I don't know anything about cars so I never thought o look at any of this stuff but he took me back there and showed me where the line was leaking and even gave me a very good price on fixing it. If mike hadn't spent the extra time looking over my entire car instead of just the transmission I don't know if anyone would have caught that break line until it was too late.
As a female who knows very little about cars this is the one place that I feel comfortable with taking my car any time, even by myself. My dad introduced me to this place and I have taken every car that I've ever had (5 cars so far). My brother, dad, and uncle take their vehicles here and they always treat me the same as all of the men in my family who come here.They have always taken the time to explain all the details to me. And they don't talk down to me. I feel comfortable walking in here on my own and feel like I can trust them. I would recommend this business to anyone!
I see everyone on here raving about a guy named Mike but when I went there I talked to a Paul? He seemed to be the new manager there, anyways he was very helpful and polite and a mechanic in my vehicle doing the test drive with me in less than ten minutes. The whole process took a little bit of time but WOW was I amazed to see how in depth these guys went with their free inspection. I was figurin gthey would just test it within ten minutes like most places and guess what was wrong with it but these guys really went to town on my car and inspected it from front to back!

We do our best to make sure that all of our customer have a good experience with us. Our service department is open from 10am to 5pm Monday thru Saturday. If for some reason a customer is unable to make it during our normal service department hours, we are happy to have someone available to come early or stay later if notified in advance. Good customer service has always been important to us.
I have to tip my hat to these guys���� they pulled my car in to replace my engine and they did a great job as well as the price���� plus did some cleaning detail on it. When I pulled up I didn't recognize it. When I got to take it for a test drive it drove as good as the day I took it off the Kia lot (8yrs ago). So if you need any car work done look no further give Country Auto a call and ask for Tommy and he'll take care of you. thanks again guys����
hey jay my family and i really want to say thank you for all the hard work and extra time you and your guys put into our vehicle. we really wren't sure that we could afford to get our car fixed but you went the extra mile and found us a used transmission when we found out that we couldn't afford to have ours rebuilt. the car is running great and i can't stress enough how much you and your guys have helped out our family. thanks again jay!!!!!
I really appreciated how friendly and professional Jay was. It turned out that I needed a service and even though I couldn't afford it at that time Jay gave me a discount card for future use so I will be going back and getting that done. It really made me happy that he was so friendly regardless if I decided to get my work done there or not, that's different than most places you go these days.
