The service is ok but the people that's cut ur hair dnt listen to what u want as a hair cut and they r rude
Bill has been doing my hair color for years (blonde), which is not an easy color to get right. I used to live in L.A. and went to the best salons in Beverly Hills and L.A. Bill ranks up there with the best. Also, very convenient and flexible in getting an appointment.
Candice Pence has been cutting my hair at this location. She is very knowledge and makes you feel right at home. She always has a smile on her face no matter how long she has been standing on her feet. Having natural curly hair she has recommended products that work for my hair type which most hairdressers are unaware of.
Marchelle is wonderful. She gave me an easy, comfortable cut that is quick to fix. Could not have asked for more!! She is personable and charming.
I wouldn't go to this great clips!!! My 16 year old just walked in with the worst haircut ever!!! It's not even, his neck isn't even done and the top of his hair looks like a 4 year old did it. Great clips needs to step their game up and get real stylists who know what they're doing.
I recently brought my mother in because she wanted a simple trim and layers. Beforehand, she washed and blow dryed her hair to make the process easier for the hair stylist. We arrived and she told the lady she wanted high layers. The lady told her it would look ridiculous and if she wanted that type of look, she'd have to go to another salon because she refused to do that. Stunned. So then my mom asked about long layers, and we got the exact same response. She wasn't doing that and we'd have to go elsewhere if that's what she wanted. She explained that she refused to do layers because my mom "obviously wouldn't take care of them" meaning she wouldn't style her hair. Of course, she didn't know my mom's hair WAS styled before she came in and that she washed and dryed it prior to coming in that day. So not only had she been incredibly rude to us from the get-go, but now she was also insulting my mother. Trying to make light of a tense situation with an incredibly rude hair stylist, I jokingly suggested a mullet. She gave us the same response (go elsewhere if you want that) with 10 times more attitude. At that point my mom and I were both stunned at this lady's unprofessional and down, rude and insulting demeanor, so I walked away before the situation escalated. At that point, she seemed almost confrontational. I didn't catch the lady's name, and the only details I have was that the woman was extremely overweight with blonde hair. What's worse, was that it was Mother's Day and rudeness to that degree definitely put a slight damper on what was meant to be a very special day.
I am a returning customer to Hadi's shop, and have been a faithful patron for years. I love the way they treat their customers and make me feel comfortable and welcome. They work quickly and efficiently and make sure you like the work they do. I always get complimented on my braids. I definitely highly recommend them.
I THOUGHT I was due for a hair cut, I walked in, signed the sheet, nobody said Hello or anything. The BLACK lady after signing the sheet asked how i wanted my hair cut. I told her, she finished up with the customer she was with, rang them out and then looked at me and said she didn't have time. BAD BAD BAD ! NEVER AGAIN will I go there and put it on my FB page just to help this company out of business. NEVER GO HERE !
This Great Clips located just East of South Emerson Avenue on E Thompson (in Kroger plaza)Always had great service short or no wait tome, a great cut at a great price - Men's cut only $12. I always give minimum of $4 or more tip, even with tip, still a deal. And ALWAYS been pleased with my cut.
I walked out 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment for a perm. I had been ignored up until that time. I was told it was busy for 2 workers. Your staff chose the appt time! Don't schedule a perm when there is no one to do it. (I had been going there for about 10 years. Mixed quality of services)
