Horrible overcharged refuse to take it upstairs even paid for stairs,paid full price for nondelivery,they scam the elderly
I had a great experience with this Company... The person on the phone was very informative, professional, patient and even went so far to wish me a great weekend as I had a rough day. The gentleman told me I could leave to take care of any business or shopping instead of staying home all day to wait on my delivery, which I thought was great. I got my call from the delivery driver and was given a time to meet him back at my house. It really worked out great for me. Plus, when the guys came to my home they were very polite and helpful in putting all of my furniture in every room I asked them.
Horrible rip off company!!! I really hope Big Lots makes the decision to drop this company for their delivery service. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! No customer service at all!! Good luck even getting them to answer their phone or call you back. Didn’t even take furniture upstairs after paying extra for stairs. Getting delivery scheduled was a nightmare & then they never gave a call before delivery like promised on 3 occasions. Wasted an entire day waiting on their laziness.
Rip you off transportation! This company is ran by lazy scam artists and racists! they prey on and take advantage of elderly people
Very professional. I have traded a lot with them for over 10 years under the business name of Dream Street Graphics, Don't Drive Naked. They are honest, and that has to be where it starts for a business like this. They are also great for small businesses that need resources but aren't able to pay cash.
Do not do business with these guys there racist against white and latino people.They lie to customers scratch and brake property and then try to sneak it past you and play dumb when you call them on it, there very unpleasant very unprofessional I over heard one of their wannabe gangster employees mumble racist comments that I was a cracker all because they don't want to work or do the only thing I hired them for.On top of all that their prices are ridiculous and they don't do what they tell you they will. I felt ripped off definitely ruind my day cost me extra money and held me back from getting my job done.
Wasted a whole day waiting for our furniture to be delivered. No way to get in contact with anyone on the weekend. Delivery was scheduled on a Friday. No show. Very disappointed
I wouldn't hire this company to delivery a litter box full of cat crap... Worst delivery company I've ever dealt with. Period.
I really appreciate the service that this company has to offer. They are very professional and will deliver your merchandise in a timely manner. My mother needed something from the store and I wasn't able to do it for her because I had to work but this company helped me out by getting my mother all of the thing that she needed. At first I was first skeptical because of all of the scams going on but this company has for sure earned my trust. I will highly recommend this company to anyone that needs an errand done. Thank You Person 2 Person my mother and I will surely be using your business again.
I ordered a bed from Walmart and was to have it shipped to my house and have it delevered on 2/24/17. The day before arrival I called to confirm it would be here on the stated date. I was informed by walmart that estes would be shipping it to me. I called Estes and they scheduled me for 2/27/17. Later that evening I got a suspicious text message to schedule my delivery from a Racer Cartage which I had never heard of. They called me the next day to setup my delivery which they claimed they could not do until 2/28/17 between 8a-12p. While I was unhappy this would have been acceptable. On the morning of 2/28/17 at 11a I called to see if they were on the way as I still had to work that day. I was told that they had lost part of my bed, and that it would take 24 hrs. I tried to speak to a manager but upon asking and calling several times I was either hung up on or sent to a voicemail. Later that day I spoke to the driver manager who explained they would look for it after I chewed him out. Miraculously after 20 min they found my other part to my bed however refused to run a special truck to me that day mind you I live 25 min from their facility. So I was promptly given a delivery date of 3/1/17 before noon which I stressed was important. At 8am on the day of the delivery I called and confirmed that it was actually on the truck Jenny in the office confirmed that it was and that it would be there at noon. At 1130 am I called and spoke with another associate to see what was going on with my delivery they called the driver and told me it would be 2pm before they got there when I complained I was told that their paperwork said it didn't have to be delivered until 315pm. I called Evan Mitchell operations manager after that which he did not answer so I left him an email letting him know that I was very upset and had been having multiple problems and that I would be contacting the BBB He of course never responded. I received my package on 3/1/17 at 2pm.
