I'm glad I only gave 1 item to be sold. They misspelled a quintessential keyword in the Title, even though it was printed on the item. The main photo was taken so far away you couldn't even tell what it was (simply moving closer would have fit the entire item in the image). The item sold for a fifth of its potential value. I'll never use them again - lesson learned!

Surprised to see the previous review. I could not have asked for a more polite, thorough and efficient installer. He discussed several options and made suggestions to make the installation less obtrusive than I had anticipated. I highly recommend him.
Bought out by Spectrum and customer service plunged. Rude, disrespectful and difficult to contact. Loved customer service from Bright house. Now looking at other provider. Been on hold and no end in sight.
On 2/7/17 I was suppose to have new service installed, but the Comcast technician left my house without a word to me without installing my service. After waiting for over 20 minutes I called Comcast to see where he was. I was told that he refused to install my service due to unsafe conditions, when I asked what unsafe conditions, they could not tell me. I canceled my new service and requested a full refund. I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours so they could get my debit card information for the refund. On 2/9/17 I called customer service again to check the status of my refund and was told I would have to wait 4-6 weeks for a check to be mailed to me. This is totally unacceptable. Comcast took the money out of my account within 30 minutes after I had completed my on line order and now I have to wait over month for my refund. So rude and disrespectful.
Ron was our tech and he was committed to completing the job. He tried everything to ensure we had service. He was contracted from Xfinity and after several terrible experience with Xfinity service, Ron redeemed my faith in people that really care. If Ron shows up to help with your service issue you are lucky!
I am writing this review so that no one has to go through what was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with anyone working on my home. I definitely DO NOT recommend Circle Satellite. I have never left a review for any company who has come to my home, but I feel like it’s my duty to let everyone know he is the most unprofessional, unprepared, and rudest service person I’ve ever had to deal with.
Worst internet I have ever had. I recently cut the cable because of the ridiculous high prices. I would not recommend them at all!!
They are the worst ever I had cable installed and the person didn't know how to put the TV on the cable channel and didn't bring a remote to help get the TV programmed to 3 the cable channel, he left my Home with snow on my channel and static I needed to call in another person to get my TV TO WORK along with my internet.
Once again i am forced to have Comcast. I have moved again into a "Comcast Only Zone.". I was not happy or satisfied with anything. Service not good, Chanel selection not any of my favorites, Internet poor, Customer Service Rep try but lack infomation and you get transfered around a lot. Not looking forward to hooking back up anytime soon.
I've been called four times with noone on other side not even automated message. call them they say that they don't know why they are calling bill not even. due yet all old bills were paid . I'm about to get lawyer involved
