At approximately 5:16 pm on Tuesday 9/4/2012, I reluctantly purchased a pair of black Lacoste shoes from Sham's Inc. for $85. Prior to buying the shoes, I told Sarah, the owner, that I normally only buy Pumas, because they are the most comfortable shoes for my feet. Sarah convinced me to buy the Lacoste shoes. When I tried the shoes on, I tried them on on the carpet, and they felt comfortable. I walked out of the store, wearing the shoes, onto the hard (but clean) mall floor. Upon walking a few steps on the mall floor, the shoes were hurting my feet, and I immediately turned around to return the shoes, literally within 5 minutes.Sarah said, “We don’t give refunds”. I said, “You didn’t tell me that”. Sarah said, “you didn’t ask”. I said, “but I just bought them 5 minutes ago.” She said, “we don’t give refunds”.I said, "You have an unhappy customer here, why wouldn't you give a refund? I will NEVER shop here again, and I will tell EVERYONE I know to NEVER shop here again".The name of the store says it all... "Shams" !Sham's is a Sham !!! They don't care about customer service, they just want a quick buck. Don't be "Shammed and Scammed" like I was!!!
