Nothing but problems from this place. Vehicle has been in and out of maintenance 5-6 times in a year. Check out my full review on Google. Engine ended up getting replaced after replacing lifters didn't fix the problem. My most recent experiences... Recently I had to get new transmission control module. 200 miles over warranty. They paid part of it. Although we had to tell them what the problem was. AC recently quit blowing cold air. Was working out of town so took to a reputable service place to get it checked out. They diagnosed it as having a whole worn in the front to rear discharge line caused by the power steering line rubbing against it. The power steering line was rubbing against it because the line was bent back when the engine was replaced by jd byrider. Took it back to jd byrider to check it out. They said yes there's a leak in that hose but refuse to fix it for free. They offered to pay for some of it. They caused the issue so why aren't they fixing the problem. The mechanic said he can't verify which Hose it is. Bull. We looked at the lines ourselves today and it is very obvious where the leak is and what it was caused from. I have a picture to confirm. I wish I could warn every person to stay away from this place. There are other places to go. Corporate doesn't even care enough to return calls even after you call 3 times.
I saw a W900 listed in the truck paper which is now mine. I called and talked to Keith about it. I scheduled a time to stop in to check it out. Keith looked at my trade while I took the W9 for a ride when I got back he already had the the offer and approval ready. Had a couple issues with the truck which he took care of. So far I am pleased with my truck. Keith made is a great person that made the experience stress and hassle free. I would send my best friend there because I know he would get a good deal and be treated fairly with respect. Thanks to everyone at Lyons.
Jerry Bronson is the best Service Manager ever!!! Mr. Bronson is knowledgeable, patient, thoughtful and thorough in explaining to the customer. He is also kind, listens well and I feel like whatever my Chevy Spark needs will be taken care of and problem resolved. This company is lucky to have this employee. He always makes my day better. Absolutely LOVE Mr. Bronson!

This company is a RIP OFF! They repossessed my car and stole my liscence plate! They are also running a chop shop! They have poor professionalism and rude customer service! They are nothing but a bunch of CON ARTISTS & they need to be investigated!
First time I ever purchased a used car. The dealership is owned by two brothers, very professional and a good variety of cars to choose from. I actually bought a SUV, reasonable mileage, very clean, no leaks(verified by my mechanic) or engine light issues. We quickly agreed on a price, no high/low ball. I thought the vehicle was missing a jack which was promised and delivered the next day. All paperwork (title) was present, easy transaction. I would definitely recommend Zak Auto Group to anyone looking for a good quality used vehicle.
They refused to let me take the car to my mechanic for inspection and would only allow me to take it to the local O'Reilly's and have it ran on their diagnostic test. That test showed an EGR valve needed replaced. Their mechanic LD went on the test drive with us and when I inquired about the car shifting delay issue and if it was a possible transmission issue the mechanic stated he had inspected the car and convinced me there was nothing wrong with the transmission and the EGR valve was the only thing wrong. I purchased the vehicle on good faith that they were being honest in disclosing the known mechanical issues with the car only to find out that the transmission needs replaced and that EGR valve was not the issue.
If i could give 0 stars i will. I make monthly payments of 500 and they throw a fit over a 30 dollar late fee. One time they wouldn't accept my payment of 500 because i had 15 late fee roll over. Money hungry, and do not appreciate their customers
Ripoff thieves. Absolutely thieves do not deal with these people. Bought two vehicles both times had to prove I’d made first payments then stupidly sent a MO for a payment of course they never received it.
(DON'T RENT) A CAR FROM Budget RENT A CAR 😡😡😡...They will totally (MESS)!!!!!!. You up. Stay away from the New manager he didn't know what he doing. Go across the street to Enterprise car rental it's a BETTER companies and BETTER SERVICE.
