It is a nice small Korean grocery store and has almost everything that I needed. However, I felt very disrespected by cashiers every time I went there. I am not going to the store anymore.
Wide selection, courteous staff, clean, and found what I needed. Professional management and staff were helpful, neat, and attentive.
Refused to accept 2 dollars in quarters. Rude and apparently stupid. I will be happy to take my business to speedway. They have clean stores unlike these hole in the wall VP.
I was unable to find egg noodles while shopping and stopped in this store on my way home. The store was indeed clean and well organized, however, the prices were outrageous! Oddly, once check out was complete, the cashier asked if I wanted a bag for my purchase. Why would I not, and considering the over priced items in the store a bag should automatically be included, even if I only bought a pack of gum. Unless faced with a dire!! emergency, I have no plans to ever shop there again!
I was just in this establishment a army lieutenant and a security guard walk in both in uniform. The clerk charges the soldier or a coffee as he is on his way to drill. But refuses to charge the security guard for a soda... things just dont make sence, i wont be back
Well getting cussed out by 2 employes for takinga pictures of the store ( they thought i was taking it of them which I wasn't. I got threw off the property threatened with the cops because I wasn't allowed to take pictures. I said I could take pictures of a public place if I wanted to and one Lai suggested that I get the f out of my car and we would see who would get effed up while the other lady was flipping me off and they were both and they're VP shirts why one man was real one in the register and he had a line of over ten people even a customer went out there and told them that they needed to get in there and help him and they did not. They wouldn't give me their names cuz I was going to call corporate she told me that I did not need to call back anymore. Poor service I will never be here again once I get done talking to corporate I hope they both lose their jobs if you don't have customer skills then you don't need to be dealing with people. And yes I have the picture of the one flipping me off and the one who threatened oh what my ass while they were standing outside talking to their friend they didn't want me to take a picture of that which I wasn't in the first place.
One of the worst indian grocery store we have ever been to. Never ever going back. If you are first time shopping please please check ur receipt guys. They charge fir extra things to most of the time and never guve refund back. Selling cheap things and most of them are out of date. Poor customer service. Not recommended at all. Patel brothers is the best place to go.
Don't shop there.I went to get a prescription filled and price another. I suspected my 90-day refill was going to be really expensive now that we have a high-deductible plan, so I asked him to price it for me. The pharmacy tech told me it would be $159.32. I thought well, that's not too bad I'll take it. When I got home, I noticed that there were only 30 pills in the bottle. I called and the tech said that my insurance would only allow 30, and that was the price. The pharmacist backed him up, but offered to see if he could get me a gift card. They won't take them back because the FDA won't allow it. The next day he called and told me he had arranged for a $20 gift card for the mistake! That certainly didn't satisfy the fact that I only got 1/3 the amount of pills that I thought I would. If that's the price, I don't even want any of them (I've since talked with my Dr. about trying a cheaper drug.) I talked the next day with the manager and he offered a $50 gift card. Still not anywhere near the $159.47 I'm out. I offered to pay 1/3 the price, as that's what I expected the per pill amount to be. They won't correct the problem and are restricted from taking back medications by the FDA, so now I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company, and I won't shop there anymore.
I really like the grocery section, especially the produce. I do however have to go to Walmart much to often because of how regularly you are out of two items. My wife is a diabetic with a sweet tooth. She eats about a box and a half of sugar free tropical Popsicles A DAY and I buy them by the case when available, but at least half the time you are out. I find you frequently out of sugar free Nestle Hazelnut Coffee-Mate.
there is a clerk that works here that flat out refuses to sell you what you want for some reason that they would be out if you bought the item
