I not only worked for them for 24 years, but I have rented from them at 4 different homes since 1990. They are a good, solid Christian company that treats you like family rather than just a client. Very affordable housing.
I had a great experience with the sales rep Aaron and his manager Chris. They are some of the best customer service agents I have ever dealt with. I…

As an investor, we recently closed on an investment home in the Fishers area and chose Red Door Property Management to manage the home for us. Being out of state, we had never actually seen the home other than pictures. Mike and his team were able to recommend some minor repairs to make the home more marketable. They also coordinated and oversaw the repairs so we didn't have to do anything. After that, they found us a renter very quickly and now we have a good tenant paying rent already. Could not be happier with the Red Door Property Management team.

I have contacted this PM company 3 times attempting to view a property and/or get a response at all. I started this process over a month ago looking in the Zionsville area, and have yet to be contacted at all. I will be using another company!
(DON'T RENT) A CAR FROM Budget RENT A CAR 😡😡😡...They will totally (MESS)!!!!!!. You up. Stay away from the New manager he didn't know what he doing. Go across the street to Enterprise car rental it's a BETTER companies and BETTER SERVICE.
We just moved here from Michigan due to a job transfer and had to find a home to rent very quickly. Luckily we stumbled upon this wonderful home and Red Door Property Management. We had to act very fast and Chris and Melissa made it happen. We were so impressed with the speed and professionalism of Red Door. We were able to do everything online from the application to the lease signing. It was awesome. Thank you Chris and Melissa for getting us into this great home so quickly.
My experience with Red Door has been very positive and have enjoyed working with you. It was needed breath of "fresh air" in how a property management should operate based on the experience of my previous PM company. I definitely will keep RDPM in mind for future needs.
Okay. Called Will 2 weeks ago for a hot water heater. He told me he was bringing one everyday for a week and never showed. We agreed on a 50 gallon tank. After a week he shows up out of nowhere says he has the tank. With no luck anywhere and having 4 children I say okay. Turns out that the pilot does not work it will not ignite, and after spending my only day off removing the old one and installing the one Will brought turns out not only will it not ignite, but water pours out from the top of the tank. Not the pipes, the tank itself. He sold us a busted P.O.S. we are now once again without hot water and feel like we were robbed. There is no other word for it. Robbed I am reporting him to the BBB and I would recommend that no one deals with this so called business man. It doesnt matter how many of his friends he gets to post positive reviews. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I hope it goes out of business, and keep doing this to people you will. I am a business manager trust me. I know way more about customer service than you will ever understand.
Asked them to come out and fix my dryer, they showed up 3 hours late and then charged me $75 for (and I am not exaggerating) 11 minutes of work. 11 minuets from the time they walked in my front door till the time they walked out. They fixed the dryer, they charged me at $450 dollars an hour rate for just labor!
It's not Countrywood Estates anymore. It's Hacienda MHC, and if you're on Social Security, fear for your safety, or if you follow the rules then I would not even type to move in this place. I lived here for 12years and when new management took over, that's when the drugs and trouble started. Now since I spoke my mind, my lease has not been renewed. Move in on your own peril
