The last time I was here a few years ago, I did not have the most pleasant experience and only went back just one time. I had requested some help with my daughter's hair but was treated very rudely by Kathy. She kept insisting that the solution was just to "cut all her hair off". She was asking questions to me in a way that was very belittling to me until I told her to stop. This place claims to be a Christian business and when they make that claim, I expect Christ-like actions. Nobody is perfect, but this place did NOT reflect Christ at all that day. Furthermore, they prices on their haircuts are WAY overpriced. They charged full price for my children, both under the age of 10. Their children's prices only go through the age of 5! And additionally, I felt that one of the other ladies who had cut my hair was WAY too intrusive into my personal business. I would NOT recommend this place. I had had some other good hair stylists in this place, which is why I will give a 2 rating instead of the 1. I now go to a place much closer to where I live with a lady I like and much more reasonable prices.

As an employee at Transformations I have to say there has never been a more friendly and welcoming salon. From the moment you enter to the time we send you off with your ten dollar coupon it is our goal to make you feel like a part of the Tranformations family. We are all good Chrisitian people who do not judge those who aren't following their faith, and we never mean to offend ANYONE. If this ever happens, please feel free to notify the managers and they will act accordingly to make you feel more comfortable. There is no down-your-throat preaching taking place here, and if we make you feel that way by having scripture on the walls than we can't help that. This place is more than a haircut, more than a spa day. It's people who are providing actual real wellness and warmth to each guest, and as an employee I love being a part of that. :)
As a client, now employee I have experienced Transformations on both sides. When I came as a client, I was very impressed with the spa. Mind you I had already been an esthetician for awhile, so I had my fair share of seeing a lot of spasm in the area. I was also very impressed with how everyone treated me as if I were their to see them. They spoke and asked me would I like anything to drink. I enjoyed my services and felt that my nail technician did an excellent job. Being in the business I can be pretty critical. I was so impressed I applied for the opening they had and got the job. So as an employee I understand why everyone was so nice, it is truly a great place to work. We get the best education, because the product lines we use send their top educators to us. Most salon and else you have to travel to get that type of education.
i am 100% satisfied with the customer service. The staff seemed eager to please and friendly. the prices are pretty comparable to other top salons. my problem is simply that their drcor does not give a top salon feel. it seems a bit old and outdated. would be much better is the paint sceme and decorations were up to date and stylish. my only other complaint is that the staff all look the same. the all have hair worn down and i find that boring for my taste. id much rather see many differnt styles. it would be good to see how the staff can do updos on themselves as it would give you a way to trust they can updo your hair. all in all i would go back simply for the customer service. there is simply some estical things i would love to see changed!
I went to Beau Visage, after receiving a gift certificate from my husband. I have never been in to going to spas, I usually feel a little out of place. The staff at this Med Spa were so friendly, genuine, and knowledgeable, I was completely taken off guard when I arrived. I had so much fun, received the most amazing massage, and now visit every few months. I have started using some of the Jan Marini products, and my skin looks younger than it ever has. I look forward to the converstaion, laughter and excellent service that I am extended every time I visit. This place is one of the cities little hidden treasures.....
From start to finish, we had an incredible experience! The services we received were actually hand picked and planned by front desk staff, and they couldn't have been more spot on for what we were looking for:) from waxing to body scrubs and especially the rain drop therapy massage, all were done with pure elegance and professionalism. I was even able to get a custom hair and scalp treatment and a blowout that lasted me 3 days! My husband added on a last minute haircut with the newest hairstylist on the floor and she did a beautiful job:) says a lot about the capability of the 4 levels of stylists above her!
Im in every 3 weeks to see Christina for my haircut, she recently referred me to their spa. I had a skincare consultation which included great recommendations and even a 6 week regimen. I have seen heather twice now and even tried a massage with Melissa. My skin has never been taken care of to this extent, and has never looked better! And as far as massage... Not only did i leave feeling like my body had turned to jello, but i couldn't resist setting up an appointment for massage and haircut once a month. Great location! So convenient for my lunch hour or after work. Btw super easy parking! They valet!
I am new in the Greenwood, IN, area. I had to find a stylist that could match the one I had in Charlotte, NC, for the last twenty years. The first shop I tried could not get the job done. I went on the internet and found Transformations. They featured Gold Well products so that is why I made an appointment. I was assigned to Elaine. God bless her as she did a terrific job for me. My self esteem was raised. It is very frustrating when you cannot get good hair styling. I'm so grateful that I have found a stylist. Thank you so much Elaine.
My husband bought me a gift certificate for a day at the spa for our anniversiary when I accompanied him to Indy for a business trip. The place was beautiful and I dont remember the last time I enjoyed myself so much at a salon. I got a massage, a mani pedi, and my hair done. The girls who worked on me were great as well...nice bunch, and a funny one. I felt very comfortable here, it wasnt a stiff atmosphere like most spas. I only wish I lived closer so I could go more often.
