Break More Than They Fix...Replaced driver door with one from junkyard instead putting on a new one as they quoted. Door fits poorly and leaks. Broke the piece that holds the window, seat and mirror controls. Wouldn't fix it. Said it was already like that. When I picked up the car I said why is my hood cocked like that ? There was nothing being done to the hood. The guy said that's how it was when we got it. They had left an air sander under the hood and closed the hood on it. They didn't key the locks on the junkyard door either. Went back multiple times and they just couldn't seem to do anything right. Eventually I gave up. Stay away from this place.
I stopped by this business this morning 6/29/13 to have someone give an estimate for a small scratch on my 2009 GMC Yukon Denali. There was a customer at the counter finishing a discussion and was leaving just as I was walking in the door. There was a lady seated behind the counter and a gentleman standing not really doing anything. They greeted me and asked what hey could do for me. I smiled and requested an estimate on a small amount of damage on the rear bumper of my vehicle. My request was met with her and the gentleman shaking their head and saying that they only do estimates on Saturday by appointment. I thought maybe they were joking at first but they were not. They said I would have to come back during the week. I assure you that this is not going to happen, from me anyway. I am not sure if they did not have someone there that could do an estimate or if they just did not want to do one at 11:00am. They were supposed to be open until noon.I run a business and I began to think about the treatment that I just received. I have never had body work that was less than $1,000.00 in a trip and if I had a good possibility of obtaining your business worth at least $1,000.00 for 10 minutes of my time, I am certainly not going to let you walk out of my door without what you came for when you took the time to come in my door in the first place. I know what it takes to get customers and this was one that came to my door. Why would I treat them as if I have so much business that theirs doesn't matter? Now I have a sour taste in my mouth and will never take a car to this body shop as long as I live plus I will tell everyone that asks not to go there and everyone else that will listen. I am probably over rating this place by giving them one star but if I didn't give it one you might not know there was a review. Don't go they don't need your business. The waiting room was empty anyway. Maybe there are other reasons that I was lucky enough not to find out.
