Went to the service dept for my regular oil change and tire rotation. Was told it wouldn't take any longer than an hour. Even though it did take longer, the manager apologized and made it right by only charging me for the tire rotation and not the oil change. I thought that was very professional and showed me that they valued my time as well since they did that without me having to complain or ask for anything.

I've had my dodge for a long time with hardly any issues whatsoever. I kept my car up for years and made sure I had a warranty for as long as I owned it. I take it there for a specific issue, they diagnose (charging a diagnostic fee), the item fell under my warranty but for whatever reason the warranty company denied repairing. I called the warranty company outraged because they wanted thousands to fix my car and that item was covered. I found out that they denied it because of what and how the Dodge representative called in the repair. I didn't think anything of it. I took it elsewhere and had it fixed for only a third of what they were charging. About 6-8 months later, something else started to go....it too was a warranty item and again denied because of what the Dodge rep said. He told them that they have no record of me having any type of maintenance work done on my car there that could have prevented the issues. I had to show the receipts of my maintenance upkeep which was done elsewhere for a lot less. You would think if an item is covered by a warranty that they would want to fix it but instead they fix it to where warranty companies won't cover it so you can pay them those ungodly amounts of money directly. They are definitely not on your side when it comes to warranty work.
I have been coming here to have my 2015 Optima serviced for the past 2 years & I've always been pleased with the service staff, but today I learned that the sales/financing/support staff here is exceptional! Jeremy, Tim, Lorne, Garrison, & Yvette were so attentive, knowledgeable, patient & just fun! I made some new friends today trading in my leased 2015 Optima for a new 2017! Thank you all so much & I will keep coming back!
Have purchase 2 new vehicles & always return there for service. The folks in the service dept are always helpful, and do not push any upsells on us. I'll continue to return there...

I bought my first bike here... proudly... at the oldest Honda dealer in the USA! My dad bought his bikes here, and my grandfather bought his bikes here too... They must be doing something right, to be here over 50 years.The sales department is great. Not too pushy, very informative. And friendly too. Even if you're not buying. It's fun just to come and hang out.The parts department is helpful. If you need any assistance, the staff is always willing to look up whatever you need.The service department is good too. They get booked up fast, so I recommend setting up your appointments in advance. It's worth it, because they do the best work in Indy.Thanks, Dreyer Honda!
Would not recommend this business. Took my truck in with an engine light on. 3 days later they called and said my transmission went out. They informed me that vehicle had a jasper transmission. I asked them to please get me the number on side of trans to see if any warranty was left. Tryed to talk to service writer for a couple days to get info. When they got back with me with info they already had installed the new trans. Old trans had a year of warranty left with jasper. Too late to get warranty from jasper. They slid my dually fender on garage door opening and tore an aftermarket w\\o mldg off because while worked on they ran battery down without putting a charger to recharge. When new w\\o mldg came in didn't match mine but they said not there problem.can't install new w\\o mldg all the way around because my had been taped up and painted around so had a paint edge that new ones would not cover. I will never return and will pass this along to all I meet.
At capitol city ford they gave me excellent service and I left happy and my car that I love so much wouldn't shop anywhere else
I live in Virginia and after a trip to Indiana had trouble with my Ridgeline. I had to drop off the vehicle at 3pm on New Year's Eve just as they where beginning to close. By noon on Jan. 2 I had a phone call. Although the news was bad, the service and diagnosis process was excellent and I was treated extremely well. I felt like Angel and Russ treated me like a family member and the cost of the diagnosis was extremely fair. If I lived in Indianapolis, this would be my dealership.
