Went to the store yesterday bought two chargers took them home they would not stay charging once you plug them in took them back 30 minutes later with boxes and receipt and he said something is wrong with our phones for a excuse and blew me off and refused to refund the money he is greedy dont trust him
I usually don't like when employees help me out because I find most people to be annoying and just in my way, but when I walked in today Trae pointed me in the right direction of what I was looking for and proceeded to be helpful throughout my time in the store. Job well done
The employees who work here are very well trained. I was greeted at the door by Trae who was very personable and made sure I purchased the correct product

Whenever I stop in it's because I think I have a harrowing issue with my phone. Within 5 to 10 minutes the tech has identified the problem, fixed my phone and I leave. Very simple, knowledgeable staff, informative.

Zero help. Zero service skills. I called in to ask a question to a local store at the direction of the 800 customer line. Instead of assisting me or even listening to me, they just transferred me back to the 800 line I had already been on the phone with for 4 hours. Very aggravating. Done with Sprint.
