VERY poor service !They are scheduled for a home oxygen delivery and either don't call and do not show up.You might get a call back the next day if you're lucky.I would NEVER recommend this company unless it's life or death.

My husband was in great need of a power wheelchair and his neurologist connected us with a rehab medical salesman, who was very prompt to contact us. He conducted the initial interview by phone and promised that he could get a wheelchair approved in less than six weeks. Next he required a third physical evaluation, not accepting the ones performed by the neurologist, nor a licensed physical therapy Dr. Despite the great difficulty, we transported my husband to the sales red's choice therapist with the promise that he would meet us there a nd oversee the paperwork to speed up the preauth. Over the next few MONTHS, I made numerous phone calls to him and his "assistant" and others in the same department. I was given many excuses, then finally was informed that my insurance had preauthorized. I had to pay almost $600 to meet my deductible and we finally got the chair Eight Months after we started. Now almost a year later they came to pick up the chair saying ins. Didn't pay
This place is awful. Horrible customer service. One part of the business has no idea what the other part is doing. Staff is unprofessional and terse. Poor communication with customers.if you have a choice, don't go here!

I will never use Home Respiratory Services again. First, No personal contact after 1st initial set up. Expect a computer to call every quarter to ask if you need supplies. There is no option to request a person to call you back in case you have any questions. Very poor customer service in this regard. Second, when my insurance changed I was requested to send my SD card back to HRS to verify usage of my CPAP. It took over two weeks for me to receive the new SD card with a return envelope for the old SD card. I sent the old SD card back immediately and never heard back from HRS until I called them. I was told by HRS that they could not find my SD card after being on hold for 15 minutes and was asked to wait again until they figure out what to do. I stated that I did not have time to hold any longer please call me back at my cell number. The HRS representative agreed to call back. Well that was a week ago and still haven’t heard from HRS. I recommend that you spend your and your insurance's money on a company that understands good customer service.
Called by company, told to home at 5:30. At 5:40 they called for credit card payment. I paid then they told me 8:00.Received call after 8 that iy would be after 10pm. Do not use them! When you have respiratory problems you prompt professional care given with respect.
These people aren't trustworthy at all. While under use of their equipment while having insurance they NEVER sent new replacement parts for my equipment like they were supposed to monthly. My insurance company dropped me and I had to pay them out of pocket for my machine. Even though my insurance had paid quite a bit on the machine they came at me with a ridiculous amount for the remaining balance. I had to have the equipment so what could I do? Anyway they said I had agreed fire them to access my bank information and withdraw money straight out of my account which I never did. 2 times I wrote checks not knowing they took money out and they over drew my account leaving me to pay the overdraft fees. Never did they apologize, or reimburse for the amount. If possible go somewhere else! These people aren't honest in my opinion.
