The supervisor, Sharon is useless. She will never accept blame for matters that were their issues. She is very quick on blaming the customer, as she did with me.Issue: Went into this post office and filled out the forms to have my mail forwarded. This worked fine, no issues.After a period of time I went back into the post office and filled out the paperwork to have the forwarding of my mail stopped. I handed the completed paperwork to one of the clerks. Problem, my mail was still being forwarded to my residence in the north. Everything we ordered was being shipped up north.My wife then went into the post office to correct this problem. The clerk said the forwarding of the mail was stopped for an individual not for the family. Well why didn't the clerk advise us that this had to be done when we initially went to stop forwarding the mail. No good answer.Now my wife and the clerk have made sure that our mail will not be forwarded.On our next trip to Florida, my wife again ordered merchandise online to be shipped to IRB.We then found out that the packages being ordered were shipped to our home up north.I then proceeded to the IRB Post Office and talked with Sharon who is either a Supervisor or Post Master.I advised her of the above facts. She advised me that the forwarding of the mail had been stopped and we should be receiving mail in IRB. She was evasive and rude in her answers and responses. She stated that the courier was not advised of the change. She stated that he would have seen a "sticky note" on something showing the change in status. When I advise Sharon this was not a good system and that this problem occurred because of a "sticky note" was idiotic.I asked her directly if she thinks she may have a problem with her system. She said NO.I asked her who is at fault with this problem. She did not hesitate with her answer. She said I was at fault!!!!!Sharon said I should have made the changes on line and not at the post office.WOW!!! Who knew.
