Tire Kingdom

BEWARE.

They rotated my tires and left a wheel cover loose which I lost. They promised to replace it but after months of run-a-rounds, they did nothing. Beware of poor workmanship and empty promises.

They will try to up sell you and then rip you off and the work I let them do had to be redone a month later.

I went to buy tires from these guys. They had a 2 for 1 deal on tires. You get the deal if you buy an alignment policy where they will give you free alignments for the life of the tire. The tire was $170. When he gave me the total for 2 tires (1 is free) it came out to $480!! I wanted to replace the front tires. He told me that I should rotate the new tires to the back. They only told me this so that they wouldn't have to do a front wheel alignment which is what was needed. NEVER, EVER, take your car here. These guys will do everything that can to rip you off.

I went to my local Tire Kingdom as soon as my brakes started squeeking. The guys looked it over and told me that my brake pads AND rotors needed replacing. That the rotors were shot, pitted and unsafe and for almost 500 dollars theyy could make me safe again. I took the car home and my husband found absolutely nothing wrong Awith the rotors. No pits, not even any grooves. He replaced myy brake pads for uunder 50 bucks. What amazes me is tha the guy looked right in my eyes as he was trying to rip me off. Be careful here. Unneccessary work is the way they get money out of your wallet and into theirs.
