We purchased this ERP system for 2 of our companies in 2007. It sounded like everything we needed. The price was expensive, but we had compared others and it seemed in line until we bought it. The add ons got more and more expensive. After 8 years we have so much invested in it that we are trying to make the best of it. We have spent well over $150,000.00 in the purchase and yearly contract. They are supposed to keep it up to date and fix problems as they happen. I have been trying to get a report to run in a timely manner for years and I am constantly emailing or calling to have it corrected, but it still does not function properly. If I don't nag them, they completely forget about the problem. Our other company has been bugging them for some corrections and are still waiting. We still cannot use the whole system to the full potential of what we were promised. Learn from our mistake.
