SCAM!!! That's what this place is.... I went one night to buy a cheap quick phone for my boyfriend after his broke and the guy seemed super nice (yeah because he was cheating me) and we picked out a phone and asked about month to month pay on it and he told us it would be $24.57 a month until it was paid off, which I thought shouldn't be too long it was only a $150 phone. He then said he threw us a free case and memory card, we thanked him and walked out. My debit card says another story he signed me up for a leasing company that charged interest and that you pay on biweekly!!!! On top of that I got charged for a phone case and memory card I did not need or want!! BEWARE of this place they are a scam!!!!
Technical/Repair tech at this store was very rude and unhelpful with my iPhone 5 problems - I was told the fact that my phone was no longer able to make or receive calls or connect to WiFi in my home was because, "Sprint does not guarantee coverage inside buildings." When asked for a solutions (other than buying a new phone) I was told I would need to go outside to make calls!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! When I called Sprint to verify the repair tech's claims, Sprint comfirmed they DO in fact guarantee coverage indoors in supported areas....this employee was wrong, rude, disrespectful to me and NOT a good representative of a good company. I would not recommend this store for any repairs or service issues.....

Our experience at this store was by far the worst. The manager, Cora was the most unprofessional person we have ever encountered. WE WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN. She has a foul mouth and does not know a thing about Customer Service, nor do most of the employees at this store. This store should be an embarrassement to the T-Mobile Corporate Office. When a customer has an issue you do not respond back loudly with the words "Dah..", and when you ask to know the stores physical address they tell you to look outside the door its on the outside of building go write it down, then the manager tells me to go ahead and call the Corporate Office "They won't care anyway." Wow!!! I simply went in to make payment on our accounts with the T Mobile bill and a check in hand as I have done the past several months in the same store and she states they don't accept payments that way in the store. I explained this is how we have always made them and she wanted to be loud, disrespectful and arguementative.
