Terrible service. I have never spent less than 20 minutes in a line, even when there is only one person in front of me. I actually have written a letter to the manager about six months ago and have yet to receive a response. I now drive 15 minutes more to another Walmart because this one has such terrible customer service.

For as busy as this store is you'd think customer service would be more of a priority, I've transferred all of my own prescriptions from this pharmacy because I've continually had problems with the staff being the furthest from helpful when they're being expected to do no more than exactly what you would expect from a large chain pharmacy, like knowing the generic name of a medication or running the exact same insurance information they've had for 5-years, or even notifying me when there is an issue with filling a prescription before I return to pick it up only to be told THEN that it isn't ready!
