I live 2 miles away from a store and I am outside of their jurisdiction for them to deliver. What kind of sense does that make? They obviously don't care about the customer enough to drive 2 miles. Seriously 2 miles is not that far.

Is there something less than a full star? I went through the drive-thru today and as is usual the young man at the window asked for my money while handing me my sandwich. The problem with what would seem to be excellent/speedy service was the sandwich was not in a bag. He didn't even give me a napkin. This was my final straw! Each time I have been there I have to ask for a bag. I do not want to put a sandwich with vinegar and oil dressing in my car seat or purse (neither of those options are what I would call sanitary either). At the very least one would expect to a napkin! I can't believe that a customer doesn't deserve at least the offer of a bag and a napkin. I have been unable to locate a corporate contact email. I know these stores are franchises, but there still must be someone else to complain to.

I was there eating and the employees were talking about smoking weed and one of them picked up trash and did not change his gloves and made a sandwich.
I ordered food for my entire family for delivery. My husband told me to surprise him so I ordered him the California Club. Guacamole on the side. He doesn't like tomatoes so I asked the guy 5 times what all was on it and he NEVER disclosed tomatoes. When we got it and realized it had tomatoes on it he called to see if they would remake it, he even offered to pick it up! And the guy, who claimed he was the owner, REFUSED to fix his mistake saying he wasn't at fault. What ever happened to "the customers always right"? We won't be ordering from there again! And the chicken noodle soup was terrible too!
