I love this complex. The management keeps it nice and clean. With any problem I can call the managers and they will fix it right away.Also, they have reasonable rates compare to other apartment complexes.It is really the best place to live.Highly recommend this place to everyone!
Do not move in here! You will regret it!!! These apartments have switched management companies three times in the two years I've lived here. There have been four managers in that time as well. Raul, who was with the first company. Caesar and Javier who were with the Forza management company and now Marisa who is with the orion property management group. The maintenance people have remained the same. Now for the problems. These apartments are roach infested. Seriously INFESTED. My air conditioner has been broken and I have called to have it fixed repeatedly. The maintenance guys come out and rig it so it will work for about three weeks before it starts putting off the scent of sewage throughout my apartment at which point I call to have it fixed again. There are exposed wires on my back porch that I've called about multiple times and nothing has been done about them even though they are against city codes. There is a leak in my bathroom above my toilet, right where the toilet for the apartment above me is. I have called on it multiple times as well, for instance I called on it yesterday, here is what happened. The manager said she would send someone asap. Maintenance guy came I let him in I show him the spots on the ceiling in my bathroom. He said he was going to check upstairs and then left to do so. He came back about five minutes later and tels me and I quote, " The little boy upstairs took a shower and got water on the floor. There is no leak. So, its ok." Don't move in here! The maintenance people don't actually fix anything, EVER!!!
Wow - can't say how much I appreciate my agent and Combined paying out my claims! Payout was fast and I got more than I expected! My parents were policyholders, I am and now my children. I recommend Combined to anyone I meet.
Terrible service and impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. We rented from this company for two years, the first year the homeowner lived around the corner and we went through him for all repairs. When it came time to renew our lease they tried to raise our rent significantly but our homeowner told us he'd keep it the same and took care of it. Unfortunately he moved out of the country soon after we renewed our lease and from there we were forced to deal with One Stop staff. The a/c line in our attic leaked all over and water was coming in through the ceiling, I submitted a ticket online and no one contacted me for repairs. Thankfully, my husband stopped the leak and the next day I called (left a message, no one answers the phone) and Patricia gave me a bunch of excuses about how I used the wrong system to submit the ticket and she never got it. I used their website which provides the same option as the portal. When the person came out to repair it they said the damage wasn't significant enough to repair and just left it as is... saggy ceiling and water damaged. Our a/c went out the weekend we were trying to move out, with a heat index of 112 and extreme heat warnings from the national weather service, they sent a repair man who claimed the entire unit needed replaced. One stop said it wasn't a "habitability issue" even with the heat wave and they didn't care that I was pregnant and the temperature was unsafe. Our homeowner sent another company out to look at the a/c, they repaired it in 30 minutes for $600, after one stop said it needed to be replaced for almost $5000. I've left messages and spoken with Patricia repeatedly trying to get her supervisor/the owner to call me regarding my concerns about their services. While no one has returned my call, I have received five emails (including one from the owner) about the move out process without mention of my concerns or when they will return my call.
This place has steadily went downhill since Trinity has taken over. Managers are rude, unprofessional, and absent. The current manager is extemely hostile and constantly tries to talk over you when you voice a concern. She will also say one thing one day and deny it the next while letting you think you have made progress with your concerns. She is always threatening the residents with extra charges for things beyond their control such as littering, misplaced mail, and cigarette butts. She holds tenants responsible for adhering to her deadlines while she is unaccountable for her own. She has turned this complex into a miserable place to live with many unhappy residents to whom she taunts "You can always move when your lease is up," regardless of how many years they have been residents here. She is perfectly aware of the negativity she has generated here and continues to do so by offering to "reward" those tenants who will post positive reviews on this site. The apartments have many water leaks that never stay "fixed" and have damaged the dry wall, ceilings, and carpet. Neither maintenance nor management will physically check on these issues or do a follow-up to be certain the work has been completed properly. The water damage is yours alone, and you are responsible for the clean up. The only type of "security" for the complex are the tow truck drivers who troll the parking lot in the middle of the night looking for vehicles without parking permits or current license plates in order to tow these vehicles thus increasing their revenue. Trinity is very disconnected to the goings on here and refuse to answer or return calls or emails, including the president of the company. Their only concern is to collect more rent money or money for water and trash service even though they state that it is included in the rent.
Robin (Stewart) was our realtor of our current house that we live in. There were a few things that she did that were certainly wrong to do and we were taken advantage we were a first time home buyer. 1) While we were working with Robin to find a house, I looked at houses online (through her website). I was lectured (to the point of being yelled at, by Robin, about only looking at houses she presented to us. Her reason was because this is her livelihood and if affects her commission. 2) The offer we wanted to put in on the house was about $5K less than the asking. Robin was very resistant to putting in the offer in because she said she wouldn't put low-ball offers in. I had to remind her this was our money and our future house. The owners accepted our offer. At the house closing, I asked the question "who pays the realtor's commission?" Robin's response was the buyer always pays for it. I've actually found it's normally the seller. What actually happened, unbeknownst to us, Robin had negotiated for us (the buyer) to pay the commission since we got the extra $5k off of the house. 3) After we'd closed on the house, we discovered the washer/dryer were not included in the house as we were originally told were. Robin called the other realtor for some move out times. Prior to Robin calling the realtor, we requested Robin to ask for the asking price of the washer/dryer. She did not and as soon as she got off of the phone, without us saying a word, Robin said she forgot to ask about the washer/dryer. Well we told her when we get the keys of the owners in a few days, we'd ask about the washer/dryer. Well the owners were actually going to throw them away since they were gas heated and their new house was electric so we got it for free. We saw Robin one last time at which she smugly asked what we offered for the washer/dryer. We told her we got them for free because the owners didn't want them. She didn't have anything to say. I would not recommend Robin to say the least.

The location is the only good thing. They cashed the rent check and 2 weeks later put a note on my door saying pay or get out in 3 days. They never called me just put a note on my door so my neighbors can see and think i don't pay my rent when the slumlords already cashed the check! New owners suck and no maintenence. I'm still waiting for a screen on window, 3 months now! Run!

Worst company ever. Their promptness is almost non-existent. Had an appointment with them on 4/8/2016 at 2pm, and instead of getting a personal phone call, I get an email from Brandon on cancelling my appointment at 1:09pm. Then he emails again stating that he could come out on 4/9 or 4/11, I responded for 4/9. Didn't get a response, so had to email him again on 4/9 and he cancelled again on the response. Their are other business that will go the extra mile to get your business. Stay away from this one unless you want to do all the begging and go through hoops to get their service.
