Unfortunately as a minority especially at a time like this inour nation, some do not believe in enforcing the Judegment Free environment that Planet Fitness claims the facility promotes. I was approached by another member in a disrespectful manner about a machine I was utilizing and listening to music. When she asked me to turn down my "jungle music" I was appalled. I informed the staff and was told unfortunately they don't have policies that protect all of their members from this type of behavior. You'd think a "judgement free" facility as large a corporation as this one would be better equipped. PF is clean, the personal trainer is nice and energetic, most of the staff is friendly.. true! However they receive a large F in my book for being inattentive and unresponsive about reports on hate speech!

If some people were worried about their weight rather then what other people wear they'd be skinnier. Great gym but some of the members complain too much about what other people wear. Get a clue, we are proud of what we have achieved. If you don't like it don't look at us, look the other way or take some damn notes and get it together.

Due to uncontrollable circumstance I needed to cancel my membership. I called and the guy said sure no problem we will cancel your account. Six months later they are still charging my bank account, problem is I don't keep much in this account and it has created a lot of overdraft fees. I called the store and this person told me I had to write a letter to cancel, crazy. Anyway I sent the letter in April, I got a call from them confirming they received my letter. So why are they still charging my bank account? I called on 6/3, Friday and spoke with Jamie, manager, he said he would need to research it and call me back on Monday the 6th. Well needless to say he hasn't called. I have left several messages for him to call but nothing.

They hit my bank account again yesterday even after I cancelled my account in October and a follow up cancellation in April. Will this every stop...BEWARE OF THESE GUYS.
