I went to this salon because my daughter had had a good experience. I did not! My appointment was with Elizabeth Francis. I requested full color, basically matching the color I already had on my hair, but wanting to cover the gray & freshen up the color. Elizabeth brought out the color swatches and we agreed on a brown with reddish tones. She applied the color and when it was rinsed off and she started blow drying it, I realized it was very light, almost strawberry blond. I was not happy. Elizabeth seemed to be fine with it &n really talked how it look so nice. I told her it was not at all what I wanted or what we had agreed on. She stood there perplexed and then decided to apply another color. I believe she called it a color gloss, which is not permanent, but was supposed to darken the color, which it did. She couldn't really say how it would look when it fades out. She then had the audacity to say, "I won't charge you for the color gloss", like she was doing me a favor for trying to correct the mistake she made??!! Then, as she blow dried this, she did exactly what I told her I did not like done with my hair. I have very, very straight hair with bangs. I told her that I always take the flat iron and do a little curve to my bangs so they aren't just flat. I can't really speak to the other stylists, but there was no greeting when I walked in the salon, until I stood there for a few seconds and finally someone asked if they could help me. Elizabeth was doing nails on another customer, but never looked up or spoke up. She was late finishing up with her nail customer and I had to wait for approximately 10 minutes. It took her a ridiculously long time to do my hair.....I was there from 2:45 to 5:50. Bottom line is.....do not waste your time, here. I had to buy some boxed color and try to correct my hair color, myself, when I got home!
