        I am very particular on who I use to do work for me, regardless of what it is. I was very pleased with the efficient and quality work by Matt and Ideal Temp. He made sure to answer all our questions regarding the different units and options available for a complete system replacement. Cannot say that for other companies that came out who left us with more questions than we had before we started. That really helped us make the best choice for our needs. Recommending Matt and Ideal Temp is easy.

        We were looking for a complete system replacement and had many questions. We found Matt very professional and courteous. He patiently answered all of our questions and even followed up to make sure we didn't have any further questions after he had been out. Great customer service goes a long way! We would highly recommend Matt and Ideal Temp.
