thes losers cant even answer the phones! they greet you with twenty-minutes of recordings telling you what all they DONT do and then don't answer the phone - then if you let it ring over one hundred times - they finally disconnect! these assholes need to lock the doors and go home - because as it now stnads - they're getting paid to do N O T H I N G!

The employees are friendly and very helpful. That's rare in this fast-paced world. I wish there were more places like that.

Customer servicein sales is pretty good, selection is great, but geek squad sucks. Bought a laptop and it locked up right out of the box, Geek squad said it was just a software issue, after 5 attempts could not be fixed, had to send it to manufactor for repair, it was a bad hard drive, was never offered and exchange within the 30 day policy. contacted main office and they would not even return phone calls or e-mails, won't buy a computer from Best-Buy again as no support.

They always have the best prices and they price match (and I think even a discount off even more) for lower prices. The only thing I don't really like is that it seems that every time I go there it is hard to get anyone to help-usually because you have to snatch up a worker as soon as you see them done with a customer. Other than that best place to go for prices.

This store is very spacious and open. I like the way it is organized. There is always a helpful employee around when you need help.
