America's Best Contacts And Eyeglasses

I was very pleased with the exam that I received from the Optometrist. She was very professional!!! But, once I was inside the door to take advantage of their fantastic prices on exams and eyeglasses, the customer service was absolutely the worse I've ever encountered. This began with my trial contact lenses never being ordered and having to wait for literally months to receive them after waiting for 30 minutes in the store to finally find this out. When calling the store, you are constantly put on hold, if you leave a message for their "contact lense person" to call you back, you never hear from that person and they are "always" short-handed at the front desk. By the way, there are several people in the front office that to me appear to be very unprofessional in their communication with each other.
