I hope everyone is paying attentions. I purchased 2 keys for my vehicle. This was supposed to accomplish 2 things: 1. Start the vehicle 2. unlock my door while the vehicle is running to warm up (with the key in the ignition - I possibly could've used the key that was sold to me by ACE LOCK & KEY SERVICES, Oh I forgot the key didn't work and could not start my car). After speaking with the Nissan Service Department I was informed that the Locksmith and the owners should've known that the key had a sensor and sent me to the dealer to get my keys replaced. I paid Ace Lock & Key Services, Inc., $9.70 for 2 keys and two days later $52 to Pick A Lock (Good Company) to come and unlock my car because my car was running with the key in the ignition. The keys made from Ace Lock & Key Services, Inc., would not open the door. I also had to pay $51 per key with a sensor and $67.50 per key to program the key. So instead of two keys costing me $237, Ace Lock & Key Services, Inc., made sure I paid out $298.70 ($9.70 Ace Lock & Key Services and because the keys didn't work and $52 to Pick A Lock (Good Company) ) for Christmas. I asked for a refund of $9.70 for the keys that don't work and $52 that I was forced to pay Pick A Lock (Good company). I also said I would return the 2 keys since they didn't work. Ace Lock & Key Service, Inc., owners and managers didn't care whether their keys worked and told me that there was a problem with my car and was not refunding me my money. There was a problem. The original key has a sensor and the locksmith knew that it had a sensor but took my money anyway instead of sending me to the dealership.
Had an appointment for 830 on a Thursday a week in advance and was quoted for 90 to rekey one auto door lock.
Arrive at 820 told that lock smith had 2 emergency appointments to get to before mine. They told me I could come back at 12 and then they would be able to get to me. Call at 12 told that they had new emergency appointment come up and that my cost would be 150 not the 90 I was quoted.
They didn't take the simple time to call me ether time my appointment was moved.
They miss quoted a price,
Terrible customer service
I have used this company since they have opened there doors back in 1974 and I have had nothing but the best service. They are open 24 hours for emergency calls like when I locked myself out of my house at 2am in the morning nobody is more reliable and efficiant as this company. These are the people to call for your all of your lock needs there is nothing that I have given to them that they do not do...
